Thai Mint is quite the interesting spot! Came in on a Saturday evening primetime for dinner - a good amount of people at tables. The restaurant itself seems to be an old office spot? With fluorescent lighting and perforated tiled ceilings attempted to be hidden with an assortment of decor. There were only two waitresses working so it took a bit of time to order. Thai tea was good! We ordered the fried potstickers, pad Thai, tom yum, yellow curry and veggie fried rice. All were very good! Tom yum could have more tamarind flavor. We had to ask for plates since this was family style, servings were huge and the table was not large enough. Decently priced as well for the portion sizes. Overall, sort of a weird ambiance but the food is what would get me want to order takeaway from here in the future. Others really enjoyed it so recommend as well!

I've found that Thai food seems to be good no matter where you go in the world but I was very happy with their selection. We had the pad Thai, drunken noodles, pad see ew, beef noodle soup, and the khai soi.The drunken noodles was the most flavorful of the default Thai noodles. I love khai soi and it's very hard to find so was happy to see it on their menu. It did not disappoint. I had never seen the beef noodle soup before but after tasting it was like a Thai version of Vietnamese Pho. Everything here was delicious! And the service was very attentive.

Gotta give this place the FIVE STAR rating!Overall 10/10Food 10/10Service 10/10Ambiance 6/10 (it's fine but it's not the draw here)This is all based on the Tom Kha soup and the Green Curry Beef. Both were done perfectly at medium spice. Service was friendly and helpful. Again, the food, at least that I ordered, was spot on. Can't wait to go back to this place!

My sister and I came in to order lunch here so her husband could join us for his lunch break. We started with a Thai iced tea and boom boom chicken off the appetizer menu. The Kaffir leaves with chicken were really tasty and we loved the little cucumber salad that came with it! We ordered more plates to share including the Thai Mint fried rice, pineapple red curry and Khao Soi soup on the lunch specials menu. The kitchen was able to make this soup with tofu instead of chicken. It was the best thing! I thought the pineapple curry was lacking in flavor comparatively. We finished off our feast with some mango sticky rice. Service was efficient and attentive - they handled the busy lunch hour easily. We were sharing our dishes and the server actually read our minds and brought us little bowls before we even asked! I liked all the artwork on the walls and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

We ordered the Red Curry, Pad Thai, Larb, App Sampler and it was all delicious. The service was spot on throughout the entire meal as well. Highly recommended for all Thai Food.

What a great place! Service was a little slow, but super friendly. Food was incredible! One daughter ordered a shrimp wonton soup, the other daughter got chicken pad Thai from the kids menu (love the kids menu btw!) My hubs and I shared Tom Kha soup and green curry w chicken. The place is very nicely decorated and seats and tables are super comfy. We loved it and it was a great sign that at 1pm, the place was starting to get full of people!

I ordered Uber Eats and ordered Shrimp Pad Thai and Green Curry. First of all the noodles were very chopped up. The sauce tasted good, but the shrimp were small and dry and the presentation was eh. The Green Curry was delicious but the rice was a very small portion. I know the quality isn't the same as if you eat in the restaurant. I may go in person but not order takeout again.

Thai Mint was suggested as we were leaving Phoenix on our way to Colorado Springs. This place is solid. We went early on Friday night and had no reservations. As we entered the restaurant, they had a decent crowd, clean surrounds and staff with smiles on their face.We ordered the Pad Thai and Massaman curry with chicken and medium spice. The Pad Thai was perfectly spiced, great sauce but not dripping and great flavor. The Massaman curry was good but runny. It also was tasty and nicely spiced. Their selections are bountiful and reasonably priced. Thai Mint is good value and has good food. If you like Thai, Thai Mint is a great option in Colorado Springs. The value and flavor is spot-on. They were busy and well embraced by the locals. A great option for family dining with good variety and flavor, nice job, Thai Mint
