The service is top notch!! I ordered and was told it would be about 20 minutes. No problem I said, looking at all the other folks waiting. About 15 minutes later, an employee put out a stack of cups and said to help ourselves to a free drink while we wait. Pretty cool. About 10 minutes later I get my order along with a coupon for a free bowl because we had to wait. Food is awesome and the crew really took care of the customers.

I discovered this fast casual restaurant while in Colorado Springs, and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the large chicken breast teriyaki with rice and veggies, which was more than enough for me and my husband to share. Despite being busy, they prepared my meal quickly. The chicken was surprisingly juicy, featuring two large breasts, and the sauce was delicious. The rice was perfectly sticky, and everything tasted fresh and clean. I left feeling full but not bloated, which is often a concern with teriyaki dishes.

Just checked out this place today as it's close to my work and saw that it had great reviews. For some reason I thought it was gonna be like a hot serve option where everything is pre-made but it's not so that's good that it's being prepared fresh. Service was quick and they told us how long our food was gonna take though it didn't end up being as long which is good. Now for the food itself. I got the chicken teriyaki bowl with noodles. The chicken itself is cooked well and the grill marks on it give it a nice char. However I found the sauce way too overpowering. It was too sweet and salty and kinda felt like a punch in the face. The noodles were also a bit too salty, tasted fine otherwise but eating that with the chicken makes it a bit too much. The veggies were cooked fine and didn't have much seasoning on it so it balances it out. I think if I were to return I'll get white rice to absorb the flavor from the meat. But still it's not that great. Americanized teriyaki and good for a quick meal but I don't think I'm going to go back.

Great food for a fast food joint. The food is made fresh, plenty of variety with options to pick and choose your protein and carbs. We ordered a mix of items including a steak, chicken, and tofu with white/brown rice and noodles. Each were tasty. We also met the owner of the franchise in which this location opened recently and seems like they got their operations down pretty quick! Parking is shared for the location and the interior has plenty of seating, but not for large groups.Overall, I would definitely return here for lunch.

This small, new, counter-service restaurant is easy to miss unless you know where you were going. It is in a building which also contains a Qdoba Mexican Eats and a FedEx office. It is squeezed in between the two and is pretty small with only 6 to 8 tables. They have delivery and curbside pick up, but no drive-through or outdoor seating. Also, the parking lot is pretty small considering it is for three different businesses.Teriyaki Madness stays pretty crowded because the food is very good! And the staff was friendly and helpful. They had 2 registers open which helps when crowded. They also have a "Mad Rewards" program and app for earning free food! You order at the counter, and then they call your name and bring the food. My husband decided to have the salmon teriyaki bowl over white rice. I had the spicy chicken bowl over soba noodles with extra veggies. And we shared an order of potstickers. We also each got an iced tea. (Be sure to check the combos because that probably would have been a better deal had we done it.)The iced tea came from a dispenser, and although it stated it was Lipton, it didn't tasted brewed. Pepsi products (no Coke) are also available. It is worth noting that the bowls they use both for dining in and take-out are recyclable and reusable (see picture!), which I really like.I considered ordering the Mad Spicy chicken, but decided to try the spicy first, and see how hot it was. It had a good bit of spice, but I like spicy, so next time I will try Mad Spicy. The chicken was delicious and paired well with the soba noodles and veggies in my bowl. Next time we want to try a side of Mad Sauce which is available for a small fee. The potstickers were chicken and veggie and very tasty, although both the gyoza sauce and the teriyaki sauce were too sweet for my husband's taste. I like them! But they are both rich and slightly sweet. My husband said his salmon bowl was perfect and that he will try the fried tofu next time.Because the in-store dining area is very small, next time we will plan to arrive when they open rather than at 11:45. And there will definitely be a next time - this was a wonderful meal.

First time trying this place today. I gotta say I WILL BE BACK! The lady who took my order was very kind. The food was made to order, but it didn't take long at all; and the food tasted great! I waited maybe 5-7 minutes from the time I ordered. There isn't a ton of space inside, so I ordered to go and ate in my car, which was completely fine. I liked it so much that I was tempted to go back inside and order another bowl for later (since I live on the south end of town), but I decided not to be greedy. I do hope they open a location in Fountain one day soon! I would sure eat here more often. Especially when I want something quick but not too heavy or greasy.

I went there just before the grand opening and ordered an orange chicken bowl with rice. I expected it to be another Panda Express but it turned out to be so much better!! I can tell the ingredients were really fresh! The staff were still learning. They were very friendly and the wait time was not that long considering its brand new restaurant with lots of people! I was so impressed that I went back with my husband a few days later. We are planning to order takeouts from them on Super Bowl Sunday!! I'm glad that I discovered a good Asian food takeout joint in Colorado Springs!

I had the medium chicken teriyaki bowl. The customer service was very friendly. The medium was way too much food for me. I will get the small next time. My side was the fried rice with your choice of vegetable. I had all of them. The sauce was very good; they don't skimp.
