Take the time and drive up to Frisco and eat anywhere up there without a doubt the worst $22 burger I've ever had. Wings were OK. No competition means bad food for crazy high prices.

When you're walking around the base area at Copper Mountain and you notice an appealing brewpub, you've come to the right spot. You'll be excited to see and sample their extensive menu of beers. The ambience is contemporary and clean, plus it's a fun place to hang out. Now let me tell you about my foodie experience. I ordered the BYOB, build your own burger. The burger is $15 and is a huge half pound of beef. I had mine cooked rare and it was done properly. My choice of two toppings were mushrooms and guerre cheese. My only criticism was they did not put a healthy slab of cheese on the burger to match up with that substantial portion size of meat. When you're visiting Copper Mountain consider this a mecca for beer and burgers. Salute!

Nice place to enjoy an apre-ski afternoon. We came two days in a row for the happy hour. Okay; it's more of a happy hour lite - just $1 off beer (drafts) and possibly wine, too. We stuck to beer so I'm not positive. No deals on food. Regardless, our drinks and appetizers stop last night was a well-earned way to end our cold day of skiing. The 5 of us turned 3 apps into dinner & were good for the night. We chose the Brussels Sprouts app, the "triple treat" fries (fried green beans, sweet potato fries & regular fries), and the 10-mike version of nachos. Nachos were of the steak variety.... a little unique in that they used potato chips (vs. tortilla chips) didn't have typical toppings like sour cream and beans (a plus in my book), and also included Gorgonzola cheese on top. They were tasty! Kids are most of them, but I allowed myself a corner!! The Brussels Sprouts were awesome, I've come to LOVE how restaurants serve these formerly maligned vegetable so I was a happy girl. The green bean fries were also delicious, although the healthy factor was diminished by that fries breaded preparation... lol. The dipping sauces (aioli, etc...) they served with our apps were a hit all around. For the hubby and I, we both found brews to please. I sipped an awesome Elevation stout. The waitress offered us a sample of a beer to taste which I always appreciate. Service was friendly, attentive and helpful. Obviously, god enough to return a second day, this time just for drinks. If you find yourself at Copper Mountain, it's worth stopping in!

We walked in and walked out. The lighting is HORRIBLE!!! Felt like an airport runway! Why did it have to be so bright. Mostly high tops! We had a 6yr old who would not have done well at the high top but that's all they had for our size party. Also the size of the table was really only for 4 but they had 6 chairs around it. Wouldn't recommend.

We spent last week in Copper Mountain, Colorado for our now annual spring break ski trip. We stayed in the same condo building as last year and stuck to many of the same ski slopes. However one thing did change, the newly opened Ten Mile Tavern quickly became our go to spot for dinner. If you are familiar with Copper, Endo's Adrenaline Cafe is no more and Ten Mile Tavern has taken it's place. While we enjoyed Endo's a time or two, I think the new space is a tremendous upgrade. For starters there are 20 beers on tap at the newly rebuilt bar!A variety of low and high top tables are available throughout the segmented space. One spot in particular would be great in the summer as garage doors can open up to a large patio when the weather is warm.On our first visit my wife and I started with the Brussels sprouts with bacon, lemon, and Cajun spice served with a spicy aioli ($10). Dishes like these are why we have become such a big fan of Brussels sprouts. They were tenderly oven roasted and seasoned to perfection. My kids enjoyed the corn dog offering on both occasions ($9 with choice of side). The price was high for this item, but it is on mountain dining after-all.The peak one pie features house tomato sauce, bacon, pepperoni, bell peppers, Mozzarella, and goat cheeses ($14). Though the menu says these are personal size, the thicker style crust is filling and the pizza can easily be shared with the addition of an appetizer or salad. On our second visit my wife and I started with the beer battered cauliflower in 10 Barrel Pub Beer tempura batter, then tossed in house buffalo sauce and served over a bed of pickled cucumbers, celery, Arcadian greens, and Cotija cheese ($10). As much as I loved the Brussels sprouts, the cauliflower was my favorite thing we ordered on either visit. This is a must try dish!I also sampled the hogback sandwich on our second visit, which is sort of a Cuban style sandwich. It combines spiral cut ham, pulled pork, Swiss cheese, and mayo-mustard relish pressed on a ciabatta roll ($14). The relish was more of a sauce and was actually served on the side, which I used dip my sandwich in. The meat was tasty and the bread was soft of lightly toasted. A solid choice for dinner and Ten Mile Tavern is as good as it gets in Copper.

Hands down new favorite place in copper mountain! My family and I were here for two days and ate their 4 times! So many things that sounded good on the menu we had to go back. Everything we got was delicious! Both soups were amazing. We had all the salads and if I were to recommend one it would be the ancient grains salad.I killed the turkey melt it was soo good. I could not put it down.Every bite on the palisade dream pizza was just like it's name..a dream. Fries are perfectly crispy and not too potatoey.Beers are great too. I would recommend the flights so you can try more than one.The staff was beyond nice! I was there with my niece and she was running around and they didn't mind at all! The chef even gave my niece a free dinner. We didn't know they were closing and they still let us sit and eat dinner! Not one complaint about us being there.

I understand that this is a ski resort but that does not excuse a restaurant from serving Sysco frozen patties and fries and charging &22.00 for it. The burgers was served so fast that is was undoubtedly pulled from a heated oven with the rest of the ingredients slapped on top. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere or just ordering dominoes pizza for a better meal and better time.

The huz and I were in Copper this past weekend for a conference he was attending. Lots of restaurants' websites stated they were open..but, no. I get that it's mud season, but just post that you're closed if you're closed! Anyway, we ate early dinner at Ten Mile twice in three nights; they were the only place open besides Sawmill Pizza & Tap (also good). We had a Reuben, a chicken gyro, a bowl of green chili, and a burger all told, all great portions and all tasty. The service was amazing; we had a server named Zach both times, who welcomed us back the second visit, and remembered our drink order from a couple of nights previously! Food came out quickly and hot! As former workers in the hospitality, we say "good job!"
