First time buyer.Everything went well. Easy to find what I wanted, and order it. No shipping fee. Reasonably priced. ($25 at Tech For Less, when everyone else was charging $30 for the identical item.)Would recommend to others.

In March, I received the new Samsung 9 QN77S90CAF 77" Class S90C Smart OLED TV that I bought from Tech For Less (known as tfldealz on eBay). I finally got around to unboxing it last week and the panel was shot (no picture, just sound). Tech for Less refuses to replace it as I have exceeded their return policy (they say is only falls under the Samsung warranty. I spent about an hour on chats and calls with Samsung support who also refuse to replace as their warranty policy is only to repair, not replace. So a brand new but broken TV that neither Tech For Less (tfldealz) nor Samsung will stand behind.

These guys were great to work with. Here is what happened to me. I lost my Samsung Pro2 earbuds and saw them on Techforless on a Saturday afternoon, for a lot less than anywhere else. I left the computer for a few hours, and was automatically logged off,. So when I came back, I had to restart my browser and go back to the website. By mistake, I ordered and paid for Samsung Pro earbus, (Ist generation). That Sunday, I looked at the confirmation and realized my mistake. I then ordered the correct Pro2's. I wrote to customer service that Sunday and told them of my mistake and asked that my first order by canceled. On Monday, I received an email from Customer Service canceling my order. I was refunded in full. A couple of days later, I received my Pro2 earbuds. They were new and in a sealed box. So based on this experience, I would order from them again without hesitation.

For a birthday gift, I got the Samsung 65" RU8000 television from Tech For Less. This was my first time ordering something with a high asking price and have it shipped to my location. The television came via direct ship, which I have never tried before. The company and their representative were very knowledgeable and friendly, answering any questions that I had. They kept me informed about my order and how to get in contact with the shipping company if I had any questions/concerns. Definitely will order from this company again.

They answered the phone with a knowledgable answer, they had the printer that I needed, I went and picked it up, the printer was as described and worked very well for me. I had the need for another printer, they had one and they came through, as advertised.These guys have a unique nitch in the electronics market, they are where you need to go if you need to save some money.

They sent me the wrong GPU. I ordered a 4090 but got a 3090. Nope. So I sent that worthless junk back asap. They said they would send me a damaged 4090. I said " I should already have one in my hands but sure let's have it". It turns out they had no intention of giving me what I actually ordered or a refund; they just intended on scamming all day long. They kept saying "we can't find the package". Can't find the package using the tracking number YOU provided, I'm sure.These people are scammers. I tried to save what . . . $100 and lost Thousands. Don't repeat my and so many other's mistake and give techless tech for less the pass.

TV was delivered by freight company within a few days and arrived in good condition. Communication was excellent. I am completely satisfied with the purchase. Highly recommended.

Live people answered the phone and clearly & simply answered my questions. The huge TV I ordered for the price of a 65" elsewhere arrived quickly and with no damage. (last year).Great service, great response.

I wouldn't recommend at all, I've purchased refurbished products in the past from other places such as EBay, Amazon, Best Buy etc and never had any issues before. But this company is pretty terrible, I purchased a Samsung 49" monitor and the monitor arrived practically coming apart, the back panel was separating from the screen and the screws for the base stand couldn't even reach the frame because the back panel was so far off from the frame.I'll provide an update if the return process goes smoothly.Update: Originally a 1 star review but since their Customer service was incredible I had to give them 3 more stars. They were adamant that it was damaged in shipping and whether it's true or not, they handled it fast and refunded my money immediately.

Ordered a $1,600 television from these guys in open box condition (Samsung The Frame). Got the television and get this, it's missing THE MAIN CABLE that makes the television work. And also the REMOTE CONTROL. Like, not insignificant things, these are things that are absolutely criticalThere's no excuse for these to be missing, but it's clear that nobody in their company is doing an ounce of quality controlThese guys are also unreachable on the weekend. I'm now out the cost of an installer since they made the trip to come install the TV, will have open walls for several days now until this gets rectified and I get the missing cableAt this point I'm concerned about these guys even supplying the missing items, either in a reasonable timeframe or potentially at all. Hence the "borderline" scam. Will keep folks posted, but as the saying goes "What's cheap ends up being expensive"
