Such a hidden gem! The prepped meals are perfectly put together, the sweetest family runs the business, and it's a gluten-free person's DREAM! So many delicious gluten free options (meals and baked goods). It's been a home made freezer meal go-to when friends have a baby or someone comes home from the hospital - I take them something from Taste of Life. I'll definitely be back.

This place is awesome! My wife and I get meals from here all the time. The best part is their Gluten Free options. My wife has Celiac and this is by far the simplest, best tasting, most cost effective way for us to buy prepared meals. Even if you are not gluten free make sure to check out this delicious local prepared meal store! Specific highlights include the buffalo lasagna, lemon chicken, chicken pot pie, cookie dough, and strawberry bread. All gluten free!

What a great find. This wonderfully hidden grocery/prepared food store has awesome options.Great pre-made casseroles such as chicken enchilada, buffalo lasagna, chicken pot pie etc. Fresh made salsa, chips, cinnamon chips, frozen organic meat at great prices!They also have local baked goods, fresh farm eggs, a pick up location for a cow share, and even some pet feed.They also prepare some casseroles daily for a fresh non-frozen dinner.The prices were very reasonable and I will be back. The customer service was through the roof and they even provided toys for the kids to play with so my wife and I could decide in peace.It is hard to find a good spot like this so give it a shot! The little family run business needs to be supported or it will dissappear.

Always fast, friendly service offering a family approach to business and providing healthy food and take and bake meals. My go to for chicken, holiday meats; prime rib, ham, turkeys, produce and for a quick meal baked at home.

The ready made food selection at this store is delicious! I bought cinnamon rolls, wild rice soup, gluten free chocolate chip cookies and a gluten free muffin. All of them were delicious. My only regret is not buying more. We travel full time in an RV and having these ready made meals on travel days are a huge help!

My 1st time here. Just moved to Monument. Came by to get some breads for a hostess gift. I got the strwberry bread and a cinnamon swirl. I actually did not get to taste any of it, but was told it was very good. It looked nice and I was happy to bring something that looked nice. I did not get there until after 12:00 on a Friday, so pickings were less than if I had gotten here earlier. I know they had bread in the freezer too, but not so good for a hostess gift to bring frozen bread. I will be back for sure.
