Tacos El Tapatio

My daughter and I hit up the food truck last week and we had a good experience.Luckily we were the only ones when we got there. I ordered five street tacos with various meats and my daughter ordered a veggie burrito. They are made to order so it took a few minutes to make.My tacos were good but if I knew what the actual burrito was when I ordered, I would have just gotten one of their burritos. I had some 'dad' bites and it was great. There were a bunch of veggies, rice, and french fries.....it was good.I would definitely go back if I'm in the area again.

Hands down the best Mexican food I've found in Colorado. The Enchiladas Mexicana was delicious and my boyfriend loved their fish tacos. We also had the Mango margarita and the Prickly Pair margarita which was super yummy and fresh tasting. Good customer service as well!

Wow this is the BEST Westcliff has a real deal Mexican restaurant. So glad we found them.

Sooo good. Had lunch here yesterday - two chicken tacos and one carne with a side of guac. Super fresh and so tasty: great prices. Tried to come back for lunch on sunday but they were closed. :(

A gem in Downtown Salida. While we are used to good Mexican food in LA, Tacos El Tapatio exceeded our expectations.Delicious food, lovely ambience, and friendly, attentive service. Don't miss it! Everyone enjoyed it, including our children (who are picky).

Just had a delicious Asada burrito here. It came out quick, there are a few outdoor tables. Great place for a quick lunch.
