T-Rex Grill

Solid. No indoor seating but lots of nice outdoor seating with a gorgeous view. Right at the Timberline lift so it's super convenient. They have hot food, hot and cold drinks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, and bathrooms.

This little grill oasis up in the sky is top notch. A welcome area to rest those tired tootsies or imbibe in a cocktail or snack.There's plenty of seating to soak up the sun with a chair lift just a stone's throw away. The vibe is energetic and cool with hip beats bumping from the speakers.There are Men's and Women's bathrooms a short hike up from the grill. As the trail can get icy I definitely recommend taking your time and holding onto that wooden fence! The bathroom might not be fancy (it has latrine style plumbing) but it sure is convenient.Definitely recommend taking a rest stop here to relax and take in the beautiful mountain views.

Decent burgers and brats. Bring some cash and buy from the grill guy out front....tastier (and faster service) than the hut.

If you are skiing with your family and are looking for delicious food at a reasonable price without having to go all the way to center village, this is the spot. For being as far up on the mountain as they are, the beer selection is great and reasonably priced. You'd spend $2-$3 more at a Vail resort for a beer that far up on the mountain. Their food is pretty good. Great burgers and brats. Nice selection of mixed drinks and the hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps is delightful on a cold winter morning. Perfect Christmas drink. The service was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and offered up their ideas On great specialty drinks. Don't miss this place if you are in the mood for a quick burger or a drink.

Best food on the mountain is the cheeseburgers at the outside grill! Sit on one of the snow chairs enjoy some good music along with a great burger and a cold beer. The highlight of my trips (other than the skiing)
