Cute spot! Came here with the hubs on a late Sunday afternoon to enjoy a bevvie before heading back to Denver. Big fan of the decor and their quaint little outdoor seating. We only had wine so I can't speak for the food, but it looked quite tasty! The hubs had a local red wine and I went with a bubbly - both were well priced and hit the spot. We also ordered their house-made ginger beer to go, which seemed to be an odd request but they rolled with it and it was very yummy and refreshing.Staff was great - everyone was super friendly and we had multiple folx come check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. They also gave us huge carafes of water which I always appreciate in the Colorado heat. I would absolutely come back here.

Salads hit the spot. Weird to write a review, but didn't even try the wine. Next time.Salads were really good.Service was ok. Definitely seems like a place to go and enjoy. Though, our salads were brought out very rapidly.Ambiance is nice, except for the huge television that dominates the room. Kind of weird to go to a trendy wine bar and have 60 minutes light up the whole room.Nice place. Good value.

Found this place within easy walking distance from The Cliff House. The first night: One server easily managed the small space, seated us fairly quickly, was friendly, and made good recommendations. We both ordered the chicken pot pie. I loved it, my husband liked the crust but prefers his chicken pot pie with more chicken and less broccoli. The crust truly was divine. The server talked us into ordering cheesecake, which we rarely do because my husband, a native New Yorker makes an 8 hour cheesecake that surpasses all others. This came close. It was served with brown butter ice cream that they make in house, also very good. Overall a very good experience, other than the ladies room which really needed a good clean and dusting. It wasn't disgusting, but it didn't sparkle. The next night, we waited to be seated, and waited, and waited, and seated ourselves. Someone finally came out from the back- not our server and no acknowledgement. Server finally appeared and was quite friendly. We branched out to try the beef tips and Cuban sandwich. Both were very spicy; both were very very tasty. I also ordered the apple cranberry pie served with ice cream; I asked for it with my meal. It came 5-10 minutes after my entree which was fine, but not what I had asked for. It was very very good; great crust again and the spice levels in the apples and cranberries were perfect. I would recommend this place-It's not perfect but the food was really good and reasonably priced for what we got. If we come back to town, I'd eat here again.

Ok... I'm not usually a person who leaves a negative review but I'm leaving one for the couple who dined with us.The couple asked for a House Chardonnay and the gentleman served them 2 glasses... We were enjoying a great day that included the COG train ride to Pikes Peak and to watch the football game at the restaurant. We decided to stay until half time and the server said a bottle of Chardonnay was a couple dollars more than 2 glasses so the couple agreed.Their assumption was that it was the House Chardonnay... But WOW they were shocked when they received their bill... The server said he told them they didn't have a house chardonnay & charged them $30 a glass for 2 glasses and another & $60 for a bottle. The manager refused to budge on the mistake made by the server and refused to offer any resolution to help alleviate a very obvious deception of serviceThe owner of this establishment needs to relook at the folks running the show...Too bad the day ended on such a very negative review of their employees and now their establishment as well.

We stumbled upon this place and had a great lunch here. The decor is Whimsical with umbrellas, adjourning the ceilings, and lots of bright color. Our server was a nice older man who took careof us. We ended up getting a flatbread, which was delicious. It wasn't like a fluffy flatbread, such as I was imagining but more like a tortilla pizza type of situation, but it was still good. We also split a large salad that had grilled cheese, tomato, and balsamic which was so delicious. The flatbread and large pizza was perfect for a lighter lunch. Would recommend and would come back.

Awesome place where every tiny is made in house!! Delicious food, friendly service, and a cool atmosphere and decorations throughout. The wife and I stopped in for lunch on a quiet Wednesday and our meals were delicious, along with tasty drinks. Will absolutely be going back again.

Warm, 'from scratch' good food sounded great on this blustery cold Saturday! Four of us met at Swirl for drinks and lunch. My HOUSE GRILLED CHEESE w brisket was wonderful and filling! Soft baguette, with several types of melted cheese and a roasted tomatoes. Other friends had the BEEF SHEPHERD'S PIE and INCLINE SALAD, both raved throughout the meal how good the food tasted! Jolliet, our server, kept the front room moving by herself on this busy lunch ride, our water and drinks were never empty! Although we didn't have wine, it was clear from the menu (and pairing suggestions) that the owners know what they are doing with bringing in a fabulous wine selection. Two people, lunch and drinks = $67

5 stars for the outdoor seating. Top Notch decor. Both myself and my mom got basic sandwiches. Both good. I cannot stress enough to sit outside if you go. If you try the Lavender Lemonade - it does not taste at all like artificial flavors and instead tastes exactly like the flowers smell

Really cute spot in the heart of Manitou. Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and were worried we wouldn't be able to get a table as it was mobbed in Manitou from the coffin races. After a quick check-in with the welcoming and friendly host we were sat in just a few mins. There's both indoor and outdoor seating and we were brought out back to a great little spot next to the fire pit. It was a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Our group ordered a few cocktails, the garlic pretzel, "Big Dip", "Here Os Your Burger", and the chicken pot pie. The drinks were all good, but nothing overly special for the price (pear special cocktail and old fashioned). The food was all very good. The pretzel had a nice flavor, although a little dense but loved the dipping sauces and roasted garlic. The Big Dip was really nice and tender and the chicken pot pie was the perfect way to warm up on a chilly day. The crust was so flaky and buttery - YUM! Loved the essence of thyme. The burger was pretty good, but wasn't expecting it served on ciabatta and the bacon was a little strong. Still, we enjoyed everything and the service was great. Will be back.
