I want to put this at a 4.5 but I can't. The food was awesome but I have to say the wait was the longest I have ever waited at a restaurant. We had the miso soup which was one of the best I've ever had. The poke bowl was excellent as well. It is a very small space so it also takes a while to get seated. Everyone was pitching in to work which was awesome. I would totally recommend but I would say make sure you have a leisure amount of time, around 2 hours.

We (party of 6) came at 8pm after recovering from a day of snowboarding on Copper Mountain. The small restaurant was busy, from the bar to the tables, but luckily, the one large table was just made available.Initially, the restaurant felt a little understaffed, exhausted, yet polite. We didn't realize, however, that it was only their first week of being open!I loved the affordability of this place, considering it's in the East Village. I also liked that they serve local beer on draft, plus wine, sake, and cocktails. Additionally, they offered discounts for mountain employees. In terms of food, the overall flavor of everything was great quality and presentation. Here are a couple of notes from our party:* Coconut Curry: not enough curry, too much rice* Far East Salad: delicious* Southwest bowl w/tofu: no complaints* Southwest bowl w/shrimp: less rice, more shrimp- shrimp cooked very well* Shrimp Pita: filling is good, but the pita was very crunchy, leading it to fall apart easily. Steaming pita recommended.* Miso: thin broth, not super flavorful besides salt* Samurai cocktail: fantastic* Grasshopper: delicious hot chocolate with Peppermint Schnapps

Excellent food and great at accommodating food allergies. It's very small and first come first served, but it's worth checking out.

The food we ended up with was decent, the fries were great, and good prices. But they were out of many key ingredients limiting the many to about 50%. Service wasn't exactly enthusiastic either, but we did get what we ordered and it didn't take too long. We're in no rush to go back. In fact, on night 2 we decided to eat at the condo after a quick Wholefoods trip. We asked around if there was anything better and were told there wasn't.If you are in Copper, it's probably worth a try, the options are slim.

This was so good! The shrimp were incredible and such a depth of flavor. I would order so many more of these. We got the edamame and were not disappointed. They were flavored well and the spice level was perfect. The poke was okay and that's only because by the time we ate it it was a little warm. The kids tofu bowl was huge and our toddler loved it. Overall a great dinner we will be back again soon.

Of the places we've eaten in Copper Village this is the best thus far. Staff was super friendly, food was great (we had a med salad & ramen bowls). It's the tail end of the season so most of the places around here have been out of a lot and we found Sweet Soy to be well stocked. The place is small, so go at an off time to get a seat or just grab take out.

Food was alright biggest issue was how long it took. Over an hour for food to come (only one other table had their food come in the meantime). Wound up missing the last shuttle because of long it took and had to walk half a mile to get to our car. I wish the servers at least checked on us and said there was a delay but they did not. Avoid unless you have two hours free

We stopped by on a Sat night during dinner rush hour. It's a small place and had a wait list so we decided to order for takeout. The wait for takeout was 1 hour. We weren't hungry so walked around the village to kill time while our food was being prepped. We ordered 5 items. 1. The gyozas were excellent. They will still super crispy but the time we ate it. 2. Chicken pita sandwich with fries. The sandwich was a pretty good size. My daughter had this and she finished the whole thing. She shared her fries with us. 3. Chicken teriyaki rice bowl. My son had this. There was a lot of extra stuff in it i.e., veggies that he didn't eat but he was able to take it out or eat around it. 4. The flavor for the chicken coconut curry was spot on. 5. My husband had the poke bowl. He liked the flavor but the rice was basmati rice so texture wise was a bit off. All of the rice bowls came with basmati rice. We gave this place a 5 since the flavors were spot on. And it was a nice reprieve from the the usual ski resort fanfare of pizzas, pastas and burgers.

Food was 10/10. This is without a doubt the best restaurant in Cooper, probably all of Colorado. The staff is very friendly and everything came out at a perfect pace. Chelsea is top tier! Wife had the Niseko and said it was one of her favorites. Edamame and Southwest Bowl are my personal favorites but once again you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.If you like spicy do the Spicy Thai Chicken!

Service is abysmal. How's the food? Don't know, walked out 20 minutes after zero eye contact from the wait staff. Read the other reviews. If you don't mind poor service, the food may be worth it. Otherwise, run.
