Needed something light and tasty. Stopped into this place on my way to check out Garden of the Gods. Got a bowl loaded with veggies. I can't recall the name of it. It was a little more money than I anticipated spending , but you can tell they use high quality ingredients, so I understand why. All in all a great option if you're looking for a quick and healthy meal.

First time coming to the shop in person.My husbands second! He got me my 30th birthday cake here and it was all gluten free (and delicious). After having that cake I knew I had to come see what else the shop had to offer. We were greeted by a tall man who answered my questions and made some great recommendations. Very good customer service! After placing our order we went to lounge in one of the cozy corners of the cafe. It's a small space but very cute/ cozy. There's a big window that let in tons of light and made the space feel welcoming. They do have some savory lunch items as well as baked goods. This visit I got the Lunch Special- 2 items for $21; I chose the pesto sandwich (no tomato), and the soup of the day. The soup was a sweet potato and leek soup. The salad was a bonus item and very crunchy/ flavorful/ very fresh. The baked good i chose was pumpkin flavor- great cream to "cookie" ratio. Everything was very flavorful. 10/10 very welcoming

Love this place, so many good treats and super friendly people. Definitely come here for sweets, donuts, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, awesome selections. Their hours are strict but no complaints there

For starters when you go there's a huge sign that states "No outside food or drinks allowed inside!" which personally I think is amazing because the company really cares about ALL the customers that could have potential allergies to outside food or drinks!!This place is completely organic/vegan!!Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, basically all allergy free from the major things that most people are allergic to! The whole reason why we decided to try them out is cause I wanted a cake for my birthday and we decided Sweet Elizabeth's Organics since I'm allergic to milk, and a few other stuff.Now I ain't going to lie the price was a bit pricey BUT let me tell you it was WELL WORTH IT!! I had gotten their chocolate strawberry cake, when we got home I decided to get slice of the cake and oh my gosh it was so good! It was the icing was creamy, the cake was soft, and naturally sweet, the strawberry filling was phenomenal it didn't taste over sweet it wasn't overpowering with sugar it was perfect!!I would highly recommend this place 10 out of 10!Now if you decide to go in and dine you have to try it out at least once cause the place is beautiful and so natural inside! I love how they had a board game shelf where you and your family or friends can grab one and play on the tables!

Amazing! This is a perfect place for little ones with food allergies. They also have a play area that kept my boys busy! We got the cinnamon and donut and they were delicious. I was so happy to find this place! We will be back!

I have tried a few items from Sweet Elizabeth's from other places, but today I got to visit their spot! (I also love mountain mama and it's in the same strip mall) it's tucked away in the corner in a cute little spot. And the fact that they are so conscious of all of the allergy issues people have is amazing. I got as much as I could on the first visit. I LOVE being able to find gluten free donuts! The frosting on both (strawberry and chocolate) were phenomenal. The donuts are fried in coconut oil so they have a little crisp to them with a soft cake-y center. Goodness I want more! And I love that you can sit down and have a meal! The menu looked so good, I need to come back for lunch!

this place is awesome! everything is high quality and they have an incredible selection including baking mixes and gluten free bread flour. i love how much attention and care they put into respecting allergens and keeping the bakery allergen free. i was amazed that the menu was vegan as well as gluten free! and they do lunch items!! i am only visiting town but this bakery and their wonderful staff is a big draw to visit again soon!

I have never been to a gluten free cafe before but this is so amazing. The gravy was nice and filling. The sweets were phenommenal. 10/10 would do it again.

If you are gluten free & vegan.... This place is definitely for you!I tried it on vegan week, and have been back twice.

I was so happy to stumble into this ultra vegan-friendly restaurant with my wife this week. We had just been disappointed by the lack of plant-based options for lunch at the Broadmoor and this was a very nice contrast. One of the owners helped us out and provided such a lovely, kind experience. Everything is vegan and gluten-free (with the exception of being able to add chicken), so it's a great place to know about, and we'll look forward to coming back here.
