I hate to say it but this was disappointing. I met Elvis when he ran the Sushi Ring in Everett, WA and that is probably still my all time favorite Sushi spot, even though I've moved and haven't eaten there in years. My daughter moved to Colorado Springs last year with her family and I was excited to go eat some of my favorite sushi. The menu is definitely different, but I can work with that. The quality was a bit lower though and most of the rolls I ate were room temperature, which is not how you want your sushi to be served. The prices were on par with similar offerings and the ambiance was fine. I'm sad to say that I won't be back

This place looks simple, but boy, are looks deceiving. The food is delicious, and the service is incredible. They offer an all-you-can-eat option, and they mean ALL you can eat appetizers, sushi rolls, nori rolls, and even ice cream. The menu is varied, so you will find plenty to choose from. The staff is friendly; they help you navigate the menu if you are unfamiliar with this cuisine. Mr. Elvis, the owner, is funny and attentive; he likes to interact with guests and ensure that you're having a great time. Highly recommend this place.

The sushi cooks do not change their gloves, as they prepped the rolls. I saw one of them pick up the cash tip and went straight back to massaging the rolls with the same gloves he had picked up the cash; and the other sushi person, was grabbing her phone with the gloves on and went back to making sushi. It's so easy to toss and get new gloves. The salmon did not taste fresh and the crab was old and saggy.

I am a HUGE fan of Elvis! Over 17yrs ago I started visiting his restaurant in Washington State and let me tell you, the taste of his sushi is incredible! Just relocating to Boulder we had to make a few trips to see Elvis in Colorado Springs and what a treat it has been! Still the amazing flavors and amazing service. I am beyond excited to have his restaurant so close! Love Elvis? This cute restaurant is decorated in everything Elvis, super cute! Definitely trying this place if you want all you can eat sushi! You will certainly become family!

Place smelt like a bathroom, sat down with my partner to order, but the smell was so repulsive we couldn't eat there. We got up to leave and the owner asked why we were leaving, and then said "then go to McDonald's instead".

I saw really good reviews online and I also saw "all you can eat" so I brought my girlfriend with me so we could enjoy some good sushi! When I came in, there was a very foul smell, that mixed with the, all you can eat aspect worries me, so I asked my girlfriend if she would be willing to try somewhere else with me. We got up to leave and a sushi maker (possibly owner) yelled at us "where are you going" I politely said we are going to try somewhere else tonight and was told "how about you go try McDonald's"Are you kidding me?
