Sushi O Sushi

Food Service Ambiance Went dinner time and didn't wait long for our table, food was served hot and in short time.

We went to dinner and were the absolute last ones in the restaurant. Like, they turned the music and lights off and everything and locked the doors behind us. We realized on the way home that we didn't have our card. Oh well, we'll get it in the morning. Check in the morning and see an Uber charge for a ride for one person. We do not have Uber and no one has this card information. They suspiciously can't find the card either. The owner has said that the server is supposed to give her the card to lock in the office. Obviously if someone is going to steal, they're not going to do the right thing and give it to her. She is adamant that her employee didn't do it and her and her husband were the last ones in the restaurant with the server. The owner is protecting whoever did it and is mad that I told the truth to warn others of the situation. She didn't like the bad review so she said she would report it. She didn't like the bad review so she repeatedly threatened me about calling the cops because of it. The thing with Uber is you have to save the card to pay for a ride. It could've been so much worse if we didn't notice. Just wanted to warn fellow military families because we went there for a section celebration and didn't expect to be stolen from. The owner is on a crusade to try and cover it up but we'll find out who did it soon enough.

Unagi roll that was all imitation crab, GROSS. I order this roll from every sushi place and this is the worst I have had. There was VERY little unagi and ALL imitation crab. Had one bite and couldn't eat the rest. The Philly roll was good.

This place is a fraud. Will overcharge you for items or steal your credit card information. Watch out!

Awesome fresh food. Good drinks. Close by. Service is great. Try the omekase (chefs choice).

Super impressive sushi spot. Went in for lunch, ordered beef Bugolgi bento, some nigiri and the Russian roulette roll. Everything down to the last grain of rice was cooked to perfection. The tuna nigiri was so tasty and fresh. Upon entrance, smiles and laughter made the pace feel welcoming. I wish they were closer to where I live, but I'll be here as often as someone wants to go have sushi. Highly recommend!

I have discovered a remarkable Japanese restaurant in Fort Carson that I believe you may appreciate. The uni was exceptionally fresh, and the lover boat sashimi was particularly impressive. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Hiro is the best sushi Chef I've found. I was visiting from Washington state and a friend brought me. Thank you Hiro for your amazing fusion flavors. I truly appreciate you and your creativity. It was my pleasure to meet you and enjoy your amazing sushi.

Started with perfect edamame. Then had some miso soup which could have been hotter. Got the king salmon special and it was pretty good. Only two pieces to an order. I looked at all the rolls but many had cream cheese or Crab mix with Mayo. So I didn't order anything else. I guess I'm a purist. Really loved the atmosphere. Music relaxing after flying all day I could gather my thoughts and plan my next few days . The booths are big and allow privacy and distance. Both my servers were excellent: Cesar and ? They kept a good eye out for me.

This place is amazing! As a sushi lover, who is allergic to avocado I really appreciate the numerous options they have without avocado. The lion king roll is an absolute must when I grab sushi from here. Everything is always so fresh. The service is great. I typically place my order to go over the phone and they have it done in a timely manner.
