Just stopped in for brunch (10/20/24) and couldn't wait to write the review once I got home. What a lovely little hidden gem. My husband and I were looking for somewhere to do breakfast, but we wanted somewhere new. After a quick yelp search we landed on this spot. I'm beyond thrilled we did! Walking in we were greeted first by simple but vibrant in the best way decor. Second we were greeted by a friendly welcome by one of the owners (Ben). We were quickly shown to our seat. We were seated by the window, which allowed the perfect amount of sun to warm us up on a chilly morning, and to people watch. It really was one of the best seats. We ordered some coffees and our meals after looking at all of the options. The choice was hard because everything truly sounded delicious. I'm not just saying that to say that, both savory and sweet options sounded choice worthy. The food was incredibly tasty of course. I also wanted to shout out the portion sizes. It was a normal, finish-able portion size. We weren't left with a ton of food still that you have to eat for leftovers. I feel that's so rare nowadays. Also, what a thing to complain about, but a lot of the time portion sizes are crazy. We can't wait to come back to try dinner. I can say without any hesitancy this place just entered our tried and true rotation. Thank you Susanna for such a lovely Sunday brunch, the meal was perfect. Ben, the service was absolutely outstanding.

What a great anniversary dinner! We were greeted by Ben (owner) and immediately felt welcomed. The ambiance is great - cozy little place in a historic building. Murals on the wall added to the warmth. Started with complimentary rolls, Naan, homemade hummus and whipped herb butter. Super yummy!I had the Tenderloin Au Poivre - great flavor on the steak - the peppercorn crust really leveled up the steak. Mashed potatoes and asparagus were the perfect sides.Hubby had the Formaggi E Carne Lasagna. He said the flavor was amazing and was the perfect serving size. We finished out the meal with ice cream and the 1350 Distilling Flambe. Great ending to a wonderful meal.Susanna (owner and chef) stepped out at the end of our meal, wished us a happy anniversary. Highly recommend for a casual date night!

I'm currently at a fundraiser at Cottonwood Park. Their food truck was there and it was delicious! The owners are both amazing and their food reflects it! The breakfast sammie was the best I've had in 24 years of living in Colorado! I need to visit their restaurant too. They have a great menu with many options from loaded french fries to a BLT with lots of crispy bacon! They offer soda and water to wash all that delicious food down! My scramble eggs were fluffy and my tastebuds wanted more after clearing my plate. They make fresh cut french fries! Their prices are great match with their portion sizes! Definitely support this small business owners! Great service, great dishes, and amazing concept. Great place for the family and groups...

Run, do not walk, to enjoy Susanna's comfort cuisine. It will become your comfort cuisine also! Please support a local business by a lovely couple - especially one that has so much dedication and love and flavor!Like most reviewers have said the food is so delicious actually probably one of the best I've had in all of Colorado. From beginning with the cocktails made by the master to the finishing dessert you will have the meal of a lifetime. Why settle for some thing from a chain or fast food when you can have delicious made to order , homestyle cooking? And a warm cozy environment to enjoy your loved ones over a meal. A top chef experience for sure.

Found this place on a whim and will definitely being going again if we're in the Springs. Amazing small local business. Great service. Awesome food. Fairly priced. Everything was delicious. Chef Susanna was outstanding. Not much help in the kitchen, but she handled everything smoothly. (not the place to go if you're in a rush). Just sit back and enjoy Chef's talents. Our family of four felt like we were invited to Chef's house and was eating in her dining room. Really great intimate dining experience. Bonus: If you loved the Sopranos, lots of references there. Sopranos the culinary experience.

Susanna's is a small restaurant in the downtown area. My husband was happy to see the tiny umbrella IPA from Cerberus, and I had Ben's margarita, which was perfectly tart and not too sweet. It was Cinco de Mayo, so we both ordered the enchiladas. They brought out warm rolls and herb butter while we were waiting along with a tasting portion of their pumpkin soup. The soup was very flavorful, and it got me excited for our main dish. The chicken enchiladas were okay - the sauce was good, but there was way too much of it. For dessert, we got the tres leches carrot cake. I'm a carrot cake fanatic. I know this wasn't intended to be a regular carrot cake, but it was disappointing - dry and bland. The two owners, Ben and Susanna were very nice. Susanna came out of the kitchen to chat while we were eating, and Ben helped with the service. It looked like other diners were all eating pasta and looked pretty happy, so will come back and try that next time.

We went in for dinner last week for our first time. Food and service were great. Prices are beyond reasonable. Looking forward to heading back and try a couple of their other items could work on the ambiance in the evening with lowering lighting levels and considering individual table lights. Nice job Susanna's staff!https://www.amazon.com/Fizrice-Cordless-Table-Rechargeable-Lamps/dp/B0D7CN36HC/ref=sr_1_18?crid=25RD3J3N1FPNX&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.F9OeBTov9Dsx9XUa39D70j8oA7IduhdNInVzSF8Pcew5RQAhazGSmhA4655E9XKBom8mKufpcR7GmD_TypO1yZtvx3bb7Ui6xigkysOr5ymBWq6Wf7YtI8Nem4RigV5rVm093JF-dsT1E6LfJFkegIBzSQ__wZhXto8MLGS5sthkLymcfc5UNSF4_CJ-JMULEfTkIk-qm3LLeBwpGzhbVlbE_8b3RVcKLSXurB5fr54BXrmiTDB_s3VnqUiRadrT2XqqIO4c1esb2pic_dYQ0BzdLKvcmsHiqSzSiinOxlDe-qxe0psmg5O7mqMs88ad_Gl0LsTL6QtBWyGS88Kq8r0cQ2OORHz7dQ1bid8rn-2sjDwT0iklw9QXviNC7NyGU8N7k2aWOPvP9muLmjifqaC_MRxJ7gir5rqzIvYVYp76sE1MYM1Eyj6RgjlskkIt.dHfrzlg-SYV3pU0MA55uYHBo0EYQ53w-n7z6eapBhLo&dib_tag=se&keywords=rechargeable%2Bsmall%2Btable%2Blamp&qid=1735788774&refinements=p_n_feature_thirty-four_browse-bin%3A23980699011&rnid=23980681011&sprefix=Rechargeable%2Bsmall%2B%2Caps%2C224&sr=8-18&th=1

Loved the experience and the food/latte. Met the owners and the hostess that was helping on a Sunday. It was 2 weeks ago. I support this small local restaurant. they also have a catering business as well as a food truck . You can look up to see the locations on their website. They try their best to buy from locally sourced and a yeah farm to table concept.Husband of the team also works full-time. They deserve a shot at success in this new concept they have created. The burrito which was very good. I got hash, potatoes, eggs, medium because cook/owner doesn't know how to cook poached eggs. The potatoes were scarce, toast cold and the fried eggs were cooked medium. Pikes Peaks Loaded Spunds (with eggs) . $50 brunch for two entrées has pictured two orange juice, one coffee, and one cappuccino. There is usually no issue with parking, but of course, thanks to of Co Springs government, you will have to pay for parking, except on Sunday and holidays. Are you will get a $30 fee! There is room for improvement but we will be back! oh how much was our breakfast when we went to Susanna's 45 bucks right with the tip after I was like five bucks less than East Coast deli we got orange juice
