Sundae - Vail

Who doesn't love ice cream? Even when it is snowing outside. I stopped in on a snowy night in winter and there was quite a line. Sundae makes small-batch artisan ice cream and has been here in Vail Village for over 5 years. They make a number of classic sundaes here in addition to scoops of ice cream in a cone or cup. Some choices are banana split, strawberry shortcake and chocolate peanut butter. They also have some coffee drinks on hand. I was craving an ice cream and this place delivered. The wait was a bit long, but worth it.

First time visiting vail and I thought that it would be such a nice idea to get some Ice cream and walk around. However, that's not really how this experience went. From the moment my husband was handed the ice cream, it was already dripping down his hand. This was more like expensive ice cream soup. Not really ideal. I guess hindsight is 20/20 because the line in the shop was long and hot and felt like it didn't have AC in the building at all, so I guess I should have expected melted ice cream. Don't plan on going back. We ordered the Carmel brownie Sundae. Would have been better cold and if the brownies were cut up in smaller pieces.

Delectable little ice cream shop in Vail. I got the espresso ice cream and it was delishhhhh. Would recommend stopping in after you get a tasty dinner at one of Vail's many great restaurants.

So good and ice cream not too sweet, can tell it's all authentic and clean ingredients :)

Winter doesn't stop me from eating ice cream so we stopped by to try this spot while in Vail.What I didn't realize is that it's Coldstone style where they mix your toppings in. What I didn't realize about this is that they would mix multiple flavors together if you got more than one. I don't remember which flavors I got, but they definitely didn't go well together and I wouldn't have ordered them together had I known that they were going to mix them together.

Yummy ice cream! Tons of flavors. Had it on a VERY cold freezing night after dinner with friends. Idk why, but ice cream hits different when it's cold and frigid outdoors. Anyways - I would recommend!

The icecream is amazing!! Great selection of flavors and all of them are super yummy! My sister and I shared one waffle cone because it a lot of ice cream. Great and fast service even with a long line.

My husband & I were looking for a sweet treat & this filled the bill! We can't have chocolate righht now so it's been hard finding things to indulge in that don't include any chocolate. Luckily Sundae had quite a few options for us flavor wise & it was a great way to beat the heat.

A young high schooler on 1/25 was working so hard. She was all alone and super nice to the HUGE line of costumers. We wish she was more supported with additional staff since she was the only one.
