I don't know why I tried to go again. No chips. No toaster working. No veggies. No cookies. Two girls working - one takes a break at 11:15am? Flooded with orders and she was eating. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

I've been coming here for 6 months almost every week. I've been able to get to know some of the short timers and my foods always made well. I make sure I come in and do not order pick up delivery. Recently however, the staff turn over, lack of products and the most recent brand new brunette employee with spider leg eyelashes and a bad attitude has completely turned me away from going back. Not only was she rude but she threw my cheese on, burnt it to the paper and never looked up at me once with any sort of attention to customer service. Please, please get this right or allow another willing company to take your place. It's disappointing at the very least.

Terrible customer service! Bit into my sub and the bread was super hard. Asked the staff to change the bread, and they refused. Have a feeling this location won't be around much longer.

This place should be shut down. Lazy workers period. I ordered a veggie online with them. When I got home to look at the sandwich it only had lettuce and banana peppers. I asked for all the veggies. How can you serve that that to someone ? Would you eat that? Prep your veggies. I ordered at 2 pm that is slow time. You should have had food prepped after lunch rush.

Horrible place. Kids working there give zero work effort. Went today at 630 pm and doors locked. Knocked on the door and kid ignored me. It will be closed unless they get some people who care, not some punks that don't. Last time I came here they were out of lettuce! How does that happen and the time before that I had to ask for extra everything because they were skimping on all of it. I'll find a new place farther away.

This is the worst experience we've ever had. We ordered curbside and the order was supposed to be ready at 2:50. We got there at 2:50, parked in curbside and tried to check in on the email we received for the order. It wasn't working and it said to call the store, so we did. No answer. Called again. No answer. We had to walk inside. There were two workers making sandwiches and one slicing ham. We waited in line behind 4 others and when we got to the front, they were down to one worker making sandwiches. We told them about our order and he hadn't starting making the subs yet, so he started on it. He had to make 4 subs & during this time the other worker who was making subs was instructed to take out the trash instead before he left since his shift was over. The 'team lead' Lydia told him to do that. He asked why he should take out half full trash at 3pm and she told him 'we need to take it out once a day.' She continued to slice ham the entire time while we were waiting on our subs. Two other customers behind us walked out because it was taking so long with only one worker making subs. We finally got our order after 25 minutes. We confirmed with the worker who made our sandwiches that we got the right sandwiches because we were seated while he was making them and didn't want to hover over him. We specifically asked that we got the Bella Mozza and twice, he said yes. We got home and were excited to eat after waiting so long and realized that 2 of the subs were wrong. One wasn't toasted and had the wrong cheese. The Bella Mozza only had ham and didn't have mozzarella, so we didn't get what we paid for. The other 2 subs that were correct were cold because they were made first and it took so long to finish the other 2. We have been to this location many times and this has never happened. Very disappointed that slicing ham for 25 minutes was more important than helping customers.
