Be advised, after canceling your service with StratusIQ it will take at least 3 months before you get your money back. It has been 3 months for me and still have not received anything. Very poor in my opinion. I would not be that upset if it were only $6. However it is $53 which makes a difference to me.

Stratus bought Falcon broadband and the only reason I use them is it is the only choice in the neighborhood. The service is intermittent, the website is quite awful, and the webmail is terrible. I highly discourage using this company.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I have had internet service with this company for 2+ years and they disconnected my service after I called them and made arrangements via phone and email to pay. I called right after I realized they shut off service and spoke with the supervisor who was actually the same person I made payment arrangements with and he says he had no record of me calling in and that was that and I had to pay the bill plus a $25 reconnect fee!!!!! So basically he called me a liar because HE failed to put a note in the account when I originally called!!!! Horrible way to treat a customer!!!! I will be finding a different provider!!

I just moved to Colorado Springs and was comparing internet providers when I was contacted by Nestor at StratusIQ who explained their service. Did some more research and found this company suited my needs the best with speeds and pricing. Nestor was very helpful, polite, and thorough over the phone as he displayed great customer service. Was able to get a call for service shortly after signing with them. Alonso was the technician who showed up exactly on time and was as helpful and polite as Nestor. Alonso answered all of my questions and explained how I could hardwire my whole house. Everyone has been extremely nice and the service is great. I have had internet for about a week and the speeds have been exactly as promised. I'm very impressed and am relieved I chose stratusIQ as my internet provider. If you're on the fence, go with them. You won't be disappointed.

I have stratus IQ for about a year now because we are in a new build (Banning Lewis Ranch). They were the only cable/internet provider available when we moved in and we had sign a 18 month contract ( No problems the 1st year).Few week ago we were told that our old set would not work so we had to converted over to fire stick/stratus IQ.This system sucks to be point blank. Since converting i have call technical support twice. My complaints were tv voice go silent for about second when someone is talking every 3-5 minutes, 2nd complaint is that the voice that comes out of whoever is speaking doesn't match up with their lips ( pretty annoying). The 1st tech I spoke to said these problems are common with fire stick and the second tech I spoke to has put in a service order to look into it further..... I am still waiting for a solution.

My fiber internet drops constantly, when you call you get told that there's no problem on their end so it must be on my end. I have bought all new equipment at their suggestion and still cannot stay connected, which by the way, if you get their TV service it relies on the internet service, so not only do you have no internet your TV also doesn't work, it's great! Save yourself the headache and just go with Xfinity or CenturyLink, at least those two companies will still be around for years.

They are an okay service but don't plan on getting any support after normal business hours. The infrastructure is terrible and they don't feel like upgrading infrastructure once it is in place. I'm looking forward to switching providers in a few months but a connection that is at least 10 times faster for less. StratusIQ is not charging a fee if you use your credit card for auto-pay, they want people to give them access to pull money from your savings or checking account instead of using credit cards. I have enterprise level network gear in my house and it tells me whenever StratusIQ is not meeting what the advertised speeds or latency is. Very rarely does my connection show advertised speed and latency. StratusIQ also does maintenance in the middle of the day with no notification instead of at night like every other company.

I've only been with Stratus IQ a few months so I have very mixed feelings about this company. First the GOOD: the technicians who performed the install of the cabling in the yard, the install of the outside box, and the internal connection were OUTSTANDING! Absolutely fantastic group of guys! Also, working with Jenn in billing was a pleasure also. The NEUTRAL : I ordered 2.5 service but unfortunately they could not support at the time due to equipment shortages, no big deal so I settled for 1.0 service. However, my first bill came and I was charged for the 2.5 service, again, no big deal. Called the company and they adjusted my bill and I paid it on the same day.The BAD: My most recent bill was issued with credits that were already given to me last month (internal Stratus IQ accounting problem) showing the credits on this bill with a balance owed from the credit the rep provided me over the phone last month. Again, no big deal. Bill wasn't due yet, their accounting department reflected it this month instead of last month so it showed a small balance owed from last month due with my normal bill this month. HERES WERE IT GETS INTERSTING, Were not even at the due date yet and this company felt the need to call me every few days to resolve the small balance from last month (again reflected on this month's bill that's not even due yet) and continually barraging me with phone calls despite me talking with a rep who explained how it was an accounting error on the bill. Despite them owning up to the accounting error and a promise of no more calls, the harassing calls continued right up to the due date when I paid the bill. Is this company that broke were a few dollars that's reflected on a bill not even due yet means this much to them? By the way, the service is just okay. Granted it is faster, unfortunately, it has periods of drop out no different than my previous provider that was considerably less in cost.I'm sure they may respond calling me the problem, but I have never had a company act so petty of something so ridiculous. I doubt there customer service will change and to be fair to the ladies I spoke with, you were very pleasant, but your company's policies need immediate change!

So far I have had Stratus IQ for over a year. I have been really happy with their performance. Prior to them, I had Xfinity/Comcast which seemed to have an outage almost every month. I work from home, so having an internet outage impacts my livelihood. So far I have not had a single outage with Stratus for over a year and they have been extremely reliable. Thank you guys for your excellent service!
