They were both friendly and helpful was helping a client of mine get her house in order. Needing a few table and chairs and end table to put her CPAP machine and medication on. Don't go here don't buy anything from here, stay away run! It's run by a father and son, and I'm not sure how legit it really is. I dealt with the father and he told me that furniture was solid wood, and in impeccable condition no damages. I looked at it online and had them deliver it, and paid the additional delivery fee. I went to go and restore it and it is not solid wood, it is a veneer over cheap wood fiber. I let him know I wanted to return it, because he promised me it was solid wood. Luckily I have enough in texts to show that he told me it was solid wood, and I'm going to be filing in small claims. I dealt with the father however Dallas got involved, and I didn't deal with him so he has no concept of what was said or what was not said so I refuse to deal with the arrogant a******. I'll just file in court it's not a big issue it's under $100, and I'll get my money back, or file a lien. Don't go here it's a nightmare. Also, to the drawers were taped together, so much for excellent condition with no damages. Who would think a place like this would be deceitful. They definitely don't have anything to do with the work of the Lord, don't let the devil trick you!

It was an amazing experience! Everyone was nice! Got a great bookshelf, table, and lamp from here all under a terrific price! I definitely recommend this place!

What a great place in Colorado Springs for furniture. We purchased 3 mattresses with base foundations and assorted pillows / mattress protectors, framed pictures, and a rocking chair. Great pricing and since it is a ministry your money goes to a great cause. Scott is wonderful to work with. Storehouse Ministry is our #1 place to shop in Colorado Springs.

Can't imagine anyone writing a bad review about STOREHOUSE. The two negative reviews on this page are obviously written by malicious people. Their reviews most definitely fall under YELP's "suspicious/fake review activity" claim category.STOREHOUSE's bottom line is to help people. And that's exactly what I've seen them do for the past year. That equates to nearly 100 satisfied families, couples or individuals -- with not one complaint.I found out about them when they helped me with a bed and a table. They were so incredibly nice, generous, helpful -- and made it so easy -- I decided to become a volunteer so I could help them help others.They are the only nonprofit in Teller and El Paso Counties that provides free furnishings, household goods and medical equipment to low-income families who don't have the means to furnish their homes. Many of these families drive away with more than $5,000 worth of goods. For free!They have a 7,000 sf showroom filled with quality goods. Worth checking whether you have no, or a low, budget -- or if you're looking for gently used furnishings for an unbelievably GREAT price.

Stay away from this business and Dallas the representative. They took advantage of my 86 year old parents and he claims to be a man of God. My parents bought 12 leather conference table chairs and 2 side chairs for our office. When the delivery driver went to pick the chairs up he only had 10 left (apparently he had sold 2 or just didn't want to give them the 12 they had paid for) and the 2 side chairs were not the ones they had seen or purchased. The two side chairs were damaged (holes in the arms) and I repeat not the ones they had paid for.Unfortunately Dallas says "Praise the Lord" every 3 minutes and then has no problem ripping off customers. This is supposed to be donated items that are sold to promote Storehouse Ministry. If so, they need to get a new representative. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE OR DONATE ITEMS TO THIS STORE!

I had a great experience with Dallas & the item I picked up. One does need to make an appt outside of that Dallas was kind & extremely helpful.

I was recommended by the housing program I'm in to come to this establishment for assistance in finding furniture to suit my needs. At the time I wasn't aware that an appointment needed to be made, and upon getting in touch with the alleged CEO of this "ministry" who's ethics are supposed to be grounded in the Christian faith, I was tremendously talked down to multiple times. When I pointed out that his tone and behavior was unprofessional, the CEO (an extremely aggressive man named Dallas), chewed me out, multiple times, once in front of his entire team while insisting it was me being unprofessional. As the customer, I don't know exactly how that works, but my partner and I remained very calm with him as he continued to berate me. He outright said he has the right to refuse us service, and turned us away. I tried to politely introduce myself with a handshake, as Scott did, and Dallas responded, "nah, I don't wanna touch your hand". He said as the CEO he is "allowed to act that way" (unprofessionally), in verbatim. He had apparently been busy and it was getting to his mood. I would be wary of working with this man. But if you just HAVE to go, just make sure you set up an appointment so he doesn't repeatedly chew you out. I would give it zero stars if I could. It was a real disappointment to be treated that way by a man running what should be a respectable organization.
