This place was so amazing. Anna was so amazing. Such a good teacher, great personality and helpful for the kids. We left our first Kiddie Corral class and immediately signed up for the kiddie corral 2. We totally loved this place.

We recently got a beautiful fox red lab from Tim and Heidi. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about both of them, their integrity, and the way they care for all of their animals. Our puppy is absolutely perfect, great personality, socialized and we could not be more happy!!!! Thank you Tim and Heidi for raising such wonderful puppies!

The stable has a great kids' riding program with great instructors. I cannot say enough great things about the instructor we have had in the past year. The fees are very reasonable, as well. The stable's horses are well cared-for and safe. They also have special events and the "Haunted Hayride" during Halloween is a lot of fun!

I've boarded my horse here for almost a year now and the care we've received here has been nothing but outstanding. Dave the manager, who lives on the property, is amazing. He is attentive to each individual horse and cares deeply for them. He clearly loves his job. There is plenty of room. This is definitely not a stuck up barn. There is an outdoor arena, indoor arena, two round pens, and an entire state park with amazing trails that back into it. My horse has injured herself twice and colicked once since I've gotten her. I really don't think we would have received the amazing care we received here if we were anywhere else. She's been put in a run/stall each time, and they have helped administer meds when I haven't been able to make it out, without charging me additional fees. As long as I'm in Denver this will be my barn :)

This place is absolutely disgusting. I feel sorry for the horses and the dogs being boarded. I have seen the owner kick the horses and he calls them dumb around children. There were eight dogs crammed in a pin outside when it was 90° . The horses walk around their poop filled tiny stables. One horse was extremely distressed pacing and crying. It truly broke my heart. The owner has young girls working there- make sure wonder what he does to them and how he treats them. I have no idea how this place can be in business!

Stockton's lost our dog while being kenneled over Father's Day 2019. They stated she just disappeared while out in an exercise area. We had two dogs there, Vito and Foxy, Foxy was lost. She was a 12 year old 20lb Shiba Inu/ Chihuahua mix. She didn't jump or dig but was very afraid and skittish. They did not notify me the day she disappeared. In fact it wasn't until I called them the next day myself regarding having my son pick up the dogs for us the next morning. My son was also an emergency contact that they DIDN'T contact. They said they had been looking for her and seamed upset, BUT what bothers me is what transpired after. I put a poster up on their property (with permission) but 1 week later they took it down and never put it up again. When asked if there were cameras outside they stated, " We are horse people, not high tech." My dogs were not supervised while outside, otherwise she wouldn't have just disappeared. The kennels have chain linked fence but no tops on. This area where the kennels are is in the countryside with wild animals around as well as birds of prey. They swear she couldn't sneak back into the building but it is either that or a bird of prey picked her up! these are the only explanations unless they aren't telling the truth about what happened to her! They admit they are dumb founded on how she went missing. I was never allowed to speak myself to the person in charge that day. Then Fox 31 in Denver, Co. did a story on her about 3 weeks after she went missing to help put the word out about her. Stockton would not talk with them in person, but released a statement that they were in constant contact with us. But that was only for a few days. I had to contact them by voicemail or email after. Once the news aired I have never heard from them since. They were not bashed in the news report just facts stated. I wish now I would have been harsher in my interview. By their actions they have not taken much if any responsibility for losing our precious dog. Our story on Fox News is in the link at the end. Please, please be careful of where you board you fur babies! Our little girl is out there somewhere or she met her fate with the wild life while loose. As they say they are horse people not high tech then they aren't dog people and shouldn't be running a dog kennel without supervision or cameras.https://kdvr.com/2019/07/09/metro-area-family-seeks-answers-after-dog-escapes-from-boarding-facility/

The place is good to meet a few nice people here and there and decent schooling experience for young novice riders. But If you are looking to board a horse, find another place(Very run down, I boarded my horse there and he lost 20 pounds!). For lessons, If you know a little about horses and ridding and see a future with your ridding career try some place else! (Try, Cottonwood Ridding Club is right up the road with similar prices and in my opinion better people, horses, coaches, tack and experience)

This is not a "fancy" place by any means - but if you want friendly, helpful, REAL people, this is the place to board your horse - and the boarding fees are VERY reasonable. I never thought I would be able to afford a horse again after owning one as a teen, and I now have TWO beautiful dreams-come-true. They have access to hay 24/7 and are well cared for. We ride on the Chatfield trails every chance we get, and the scenery is breathtaking. Everyone from the owners, trainers, and manager are helpful, friendly, and are always looking out for the horses' well-being. The manager lives on the premises, so that gives me peace of mind that the property and horses are safe. The runs are cleaned daily & fresh water is provided always. The highlight of the year is our "Haunted Hay Rides" - the place gets packed; the event is VERY well planned & performed. It's so much fun for all ages. My favorite time is summer, trail riding with my "barn family" - we are very friendly and welcoming, and my horses are fat & happy - 'nuff said - you can't go wrong here if you're looking for nice people, nice horses, and great times.....
