Date of visit: February 12, 2025This was my first visit to Stir-Pan Creamery as well as my first foray into rolled ice cream and it was a wonderful experience, both for the location and the food itself! While the place is very small, there are still a couple tables to sit inside and enjoy your treat out of the elements, especially when it's February! Service was also great, with the staffer efficient and friendly. And if you're into art at all, the whole vibe here is very indie artist, which I thought really added a cool vibe.

Finally got to meet Brandon. The man behind the two very successful Premium Rolled Ice Cream @stirpan_creamery. Originally based in Frisco soon they found a thriving home in Breckenridge. The Denver location followed suit. He only uses the best ingredients. No shortcuts at all. His pride and and joy and he's very passionate about ice cream in general. This time around we tried Peppermint Bark, Unicorn without the usual sprinkles and Pumpkin Pie. @stirpan_creamery has been around for seven successful year! Both stores are closed for thanksgiving days. I can't stop thinking how much of an art this type of serving ice cream is. Lots of handiwork it takes to make something so pretty and so good! I don't know about you but ice cream like this I can have anytime Location:500 S. Main St. Breckenridge, CO970.30:#topdenverrestaurants #stirpancreamery #breckenridge #premiumrolledicecream #icecream Finally got to meet the incredible Brandon, the mastermind behind the amazing @stirpan_creamery! From Frisco to Breckenridge, and now in Denver, his passion for premium rolled ice cream shines through each one.Brandon is all about quality--he only uses the best ingredients, no shortcuts here! It's evident that this is his pride and joy. This time, we indulged in some delightful flavors: Peppermint Bark, Unicorn (sans sprinkles), and Pumpkin Pie. Each bite is a masterpiece! Can we take a moment to appreciate the artistry involved in serving ice cream like this? The handiwork is just as impressive as the taste! I could enjoy this kind of ice cream any day of the week. Don't forget, both locations will be closed for Thanksgiving, so make sure to stop by before then!

Looking for ice cream that is made with fresh ingredients in front of you to order, look no further. Stir Pan Creamery is by far the best and of highest quality ingredients of any ice cream place I know. There's no at night ice cream making with unknown ingredients, it's literally made in front of you.The owner sampled numerous local dairy farms for that perfect cream to use in his base. That's what the ice cream begins with and of course additives you want or select from curated flavors on the menu.We had the Peppermint Bark and the Pumpkin Pie seasonal flavors and the Unicorn flavor. They were are delicious; the smooth creamy texture is unmatched. I love watching it being made, as much as I love making it disappear. The service was amazing as well. If you can't make it out to Breckenridge, there's a location in Denver as well. This is a must try ice cream.

loved the ice cream, super creamy and delicious. It was a busy Saturday night and only one guy was working but he made the best of the busy line. He was as quick as he could be and very attentive. tiny little ice cream spot but very worth it.

Let's be honest, the dairy frees of the world typically don't have any fun, especially when it comes to ice cream, but Stir-Pan Creamery changes the game. So my DF girlies and boys, 100% stop by and request their oat milk base! This place was insanely good. I'm still dreaming & drooling about it the next day. Best dairy free ice cream I've had in CO thus far.

All ice cream comes rolled in a cup, but watching your order being made is the experience. The ingredients you choose, e.g., vanilla wafers, Oreos, pretzels, bananas, marshmallows, etc., are put on a frozen pan. Then cream is poured over them, and it begins to freeze due to the low temperature of the pan. As the cream thickens, the ingredients you choose are chopped, then stirred on the frozen pan. The ice cream is spread very thin on pan. Then with a straight spatula, the ice cream is rolled in sections and placed into your cup. Several sorbet flavors are also available. This fascinated me. How neat to have the customer watch. All the employees were friendly. The cashier explained the process. This is located on the second level of the building next to Breckenridge Brewery.

Stopped in after dinner for an ordinary scoop and was surprised to find a gourmet ice cream shop that custom made each order. I had the Oreo ice cream and it was delicious. Totally recommend this place.

This was a super busy place no matter what time we went. And for a good reason! Wide variety of choices. We in the group tried Espresso oreo, Smores and French toast. All tasted super good. My favorite was the French toast!

I got the "Crack" and my daughter got the Key Lime Pie. I didn't feel like the "crack" had a lot of flavor. And the key lime pie did not meld the flavors well. I won't return.

Surprisingly good. They have a wide variety of pre-configured flavor / ingredient options, and if you don't want those, you can build your own. They go all out with this, not just slapping scoops of pre-made stuff into a bowl; my s'mores option for example, they even got out the blow torch to toast the marshmallows that went into it.Is it pricey? Yes, it's in a seasonal ski town, so their costs are high, rent, staff, product, etc. I'm not holding it against them that it costs a bit more than ice cream in downtown population 400,000 big city USA.
