Another small town coffee shop that opens early, hooray for that! We were headed home from camping and made an easy pit stop for coffee and breakfast. The coffee was great, burrito above average, and blueberry muffin delicious. Super friendly service to boot.

Not a good experience. Super LONG wait. Will not return. Drink was not good and staff didn't seem apologetic for the incredibly long wait.

steam coffee caboose was great every day and in every way - as I visited them several times during my recent week long visit to Salida. Quick, courteous (and safe during the pandemic!) - and very good coffee as well. Even the refills were quick and easy at the drive up or walk-up - at a reasonable price.In addition, I liked their socially distanced tables and outdoor seating.I'll be back!

Fast and friendly service. Good cold brew and drip coffee. Continent location to grab coffee as you head out of town.

Coffee from a caboose! We used the drive through and got caffeine to get us through the drive home after a few days in Salida. They use local suppliers for their baked goods, which I like. We enjoyed a scone with our coffees and were satisfied.

Great coffee, great service, lots of flavors to choose from, every alternate milk in existence, & if you bring your own cup you get a discount! Really enjoyed this cute place!

Coffee is the best in town. My favorites are "The Runoff" or an Iced Raspberry Mocha. The baristas are really kind and give treats to our pup!

Worth the wait, delicious coffee, perfectly hot! Going again this morning because YUM! Pastries are from an in town bakery (which I visit also) all locally sourced and organic. 5 stars from us!
