Outside of business
Bowling alley
the front of a restaurant
Bacon Cheeseburger. Simple and tasty, especially after a day on the field.
Bloody Mary! Quite small but absolutely full of flavor, and booze!
Zucchini Slices! Crispy and delicious, served with ranch.
Jalapeño Popper Potato Skins. Very cheesy, not too spicy. Skins were a little tough but the goodness on the inside was worth ordering!
Buffalo Bleu Wrap. Served more like a taco, but the buffalo chicken and bleu cheese crumbles were on point. Hot!

I love their food!!! Handsdown everything i have eaten has been great, especially the burgers. BUT whenyou call in an order and they tell you 20 minutes and you come at the proper time and you wait another 45 minutes, you get a little irritated. This has happened the last 4 orders we placed. Before someone says it must have been at rush hour.... not was not. One time it was about 11:45 am during the week and there was one man and he was already eating. The next time it was about 5pm and there was 2 tables still waiting for drinks and menus. It seems as if they don't have enough people to help out.

It's the only place in town that is open late so it's really your only option. I think having a a very friendly, social and attentive bartender as well as adding another when necessary would be a great addition. The outside area is nice to have so you don't have to exit the bar area. When I have ordered food it's been good. Bowling has been fun but it's been a long time. I can't give an honest review on that except the guy who runs that area is always helpful and friendly.

Went in on a Saturday evening to cool off from the sweltering heat and it was a ghostland, except for the employee "working" behind the counter (read: bowling frames). OK, I get it - it's slow. They were running the "Sunday special - $5 for 3 hours and $1.50 for shoes." The price is right, good start. He had a tough time finding a pair of shoes for my friend - we were the ONLY people in place. Wonder what happens when there's more patrons? Oh well, time to bowl.It took a while to find the right ball to roll given different weights, hole distancing and hole depth. The system is all electronic, no need to figure out how to keep score. Bonus. Everything went smooth except a few glitches of the lane talking to the computer talking to the reset button. Tried to find the employee - 1) not at the desk, 2) not in the bar (but there were 3 people in there drinking) 3) not at the snack bar 4) Not in the bathroom and...5) NOT outside. HMMMM....nobody around. Finally, we just cleared everything with the reset button and went about bowling. 10 minutes later ALL THE LIGHTS IN ALL THE LANES shut down. Again, looked for the employee, he shows up and goes into the guts of the whole place, and spent 5 minutes crawling up into the guts of the unit that holds the pins getting things back to square 1. It was like a movie where you say "that wouldn't happen in real life..." but there you have it. The snack bar was strongly recommended in a previous review - not sure about that - nobody was even there except at the end some woman showed her face through the "food serving" window, but then disappeared. Clearly we didn't eat anything, so tough to review that one. You'd perhaps expect this on a Monday night, but Saturday, well....what do I know?Anyway, go check it out, the price is right, and - not crowded.

Had a fun time bowling with the kiddos. We were the only ones there which was nice and allowed to kids to play around a bit more. The tables and chairs weren't super clean, the arcade games weren't working, and the staff was nearly nonexistent, but we ended up having a great time and would definitely come back and bowl another day.

We found the Superbowl while looking for a place to watch a college football game. The atmosphere is very casual, almost like the restaurant is still being put together. However, the food is great and they have awesome drinks specials and a super friendly staff! We ordered the Zucchini Slices and Jalapeño Popper Potato Skins for appetizers and they didn't disappoint. The skins on the potatoes were edible but a bit tough. The inside of the skins was absolutely delicious! The jalapeños were a nice level of spicy, not too crazy, and the cheesy filling was perfect. The slices were fried, similar to fried pickles, and had a nice level of crispiness. I had the Buffalo Bleu Wrap for my entree. The buffalo sauce was HOT (how I like it) and complimented the Bleu cheese crumbles perfectly. I was sweating after the last bite. The fries served with the meal looked and tasted totally homemade and were most likely local as Monte Vista was hosting a Potato Festival when we were there. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the food and plan on trying out the bowling lanes the next time we are in town! Oh, one more small thing. The Bloody Mary was spicy, boozy, and absolutely yummy, however, it was also tiny! I would love to order it again but have it served in a pint glass.
