The flowers arrived quickly, and the were beautiful and lasted a long time. Also, I received a call right away to let me know a flower would be substituted with a different flower--so nice, and very helpful! If ordering flowers in Colorado Springs, I would definitely recommend.

Since they did such a great job for dad last year, we used SIB for mom also. As expected, they delivered two beautiful spays for the casket and the funeral service at a reasonable cost. Highly, highly recommended!

From the staff member I spoke to on the phone to the young lady who delivered the bouquet, every contact within this company provided a favorable experience. They even do same day delivery (as long as the order is placed before 9am)Also the flowers and vase went beyond my expectations and my mother loved her birthday bouquet!

Contacted Springs in Bloom to order a floral arrangement sent to my mothers gravesite The staff was incredibly helpful in helping select an arrangement. As it turned out the cemetery was closed on the planned delivery date due to storm damage. The staff at Springs in Bloom was very helpful in communicating the change in schedule. The staff was also kind enough to arrange the flowers in vases at the gravesite, clean the headstone, and send pictures once the flowers were arranged. I placed an order that happened to be out of their delivery area (last digit was off by one number to be exact) and they called me after hours on the delivery day to tell me that they can't deliver the arrangement. They opened early in the morning yet they waited until 1pm, leaving me no time to make other arrangements. I assume they don't care about losing one customer but it was a birthday delivery and this goes to show the values they lack.

My daughter lives in Georgia and uses Springs In Bloom for special occasions to treat me with lovely flowers. The flowers they choose are all in wonderful shape and are arranged so lovely. I just got one this week and every single flower is so beautiful. The roses are bit and fat and do not droop like other roses do. It gets prettier every day. I am always impressed and feel very treated when I get flowers from Springs In Bloom.I highly recommend them.

I live out of town and ordered flowers for a funeral service in Monument, Co. I was very pleased with the flowers that were provided. The arrangement contained a beautiful assortment of flowers and was delivered to the church in a timely manner.
