Springs Bridal

Springs Bridal was an answer to prayer. When my daughter's wedding dress was ruined during alterations at Boulder Bridal in Boulder, she had only a few weeks to get a dress. Springs Bridal came worked hard and overtime to provide and even do some alterations. I highly recommend being very careful in choosing your shop and I highly recommend Springs Bridal.

WOW! Springs Bridal checks ALL the boxes! Amazing, respectful and TALENTED staff! Susi helped me try on a vast selection of wedding gowns from what I "thought" I was looking for, all the way to dresses I would have never selected but fell absolutely in LOVE with!!! This was my first stop to try on dresses and she nailed every dress in size, every single one was a perfect fit! Unfortunately, I did end up buying my dress elsewhere, but I will happily refer Springs Bridal to everyone I know! The service was excellent from start to finish, the pricing couldn't be beat, and we had a wonderful time! Thank you Susi!

Alright it has been almost a week since my wedding and I'm finally able to get this out. I bought a dress at Springs Bridal and I was recommended to a seamstress by the name of Melody - Melo designs. The dress fit me perfectly my boob area was just big. I drop my dress off with melody and ask her to add bra straps to the inside so it stays up. She was overbooked and didn't tell me... she completely ruined my dress. There was dog hair and stains all over... but the worst part is she cut it and made it too small without my permission to do so. She also ironed the boning in the front and completely ruined it. I was hysterical as it was a week before my wedding and I had no dress. So I called springs bridal to figure out what to do. The owner stepped up and helped but told me that there wasn't much she could do and the dress was literally hanging on by threads. I work in retail and I care about small business and I was far too upset to handle the situation. So the owner attempted to fix my dress. Everything was working out until I asked her to put on the straps. She said yes I will but we will have to play with the length and she never measured. So I come to pick up my dress and she doesn't want me to try it on. She actually tells me I'm not allowed. So I grabbed my dress and went to a different seamstress and found out my dress couldn't be fixed. I also found out Melody was fired from David's bridal for messing up dresses and she's not licensed to work on the front of dresses. I would like my money back. Because you cannot take this bad experience and make it right. You can get Melody to pay you for your losses. It's only right.

I didn't walk away with a dress (yet), but service was wonderful. Having been two two other shops earlier in the week where I wasn't greeted and the other wasn't offered any selections, this was a welcomed change. I gave the details of what I was looking for and the salesperson walked around and showed me a few and helped me into a selection. Inventory varies as it is a consignment store and she was frank there wasn't too much of the style I wanted in stock. The dress I tried on was nice, but not it. The salesperson took down my info and desires should anything come in. Sounds like that was standard protocol, a nice gesture while on the hunt. Hopefully something comes in!

I loved my experience at Springs Bridal. We called ahead of time and sent inspo pictures and a budget. Everything she brought out was within our budget and close to what I had in mind. I ended up finding my dream dress and said yes! Staff were very positive, professional, and helpful. I've never felt more beautiful in a dress and am counting down the days until I get to say I do. Thank you Springs Bridal for going above and beyond to make our experience special!

My appointment with Karina was great and so stress free. I went in with not a lot of knowledge of what I wanted for a wedding gown but she LISTENED and just about every gown she pulled for me was beautiful and something I'd wear in my special day. Thank you for your help, such a great experience!

I want to thank the ladies at Springs Bridal for getting us a bridesmaid dress last minute after the tailor kept her original dress! They were amazing. They calmed my daughter who was shaking and freaking out because the wedding was the next day!! They told her they would find something for her and actually found a dress that fit and looked beautiful in and was approved by the bride!! I can't thank you ladies enough! You're amazing!!

I found out I was unexpectedly getting off work early. I called the bridal shop that day and they fit me in. I found a dress in line with my budget. The shop was friendly and helpful. I was also happy with the fact that it's second hand- as I'll never wear a dress again! We eloped almost a month after getting the dress!

My husband and I rented a tux from them for our wedding, the tux was fine, but their service is awful. We listened while another bride was called fat by an employee and they where extremely rude to my husband about his choice of tux and when he returned it. The tux is not worth being mistreated. Minus well go somewhere else.

Karina was the best!!! She helped me find the dress of my DREAMS thank you so so much!!!
