A lonely shop in the corner of the Chapel Hills Mall food court, Springs Bistro made me a wonderfully warm ham & cheese panini. Though they've raised their prices by a dollar recently from the handwritten changes to their menu, I was happy to pay more to support a small business using local produce. *claims all produce comes from Colorado Springs local farmers market*The Chapel Hills food court is dominated by the big names- Chick-fil-A, Dairy Queen, and Wing-it, with myself being the only customer at Springs Bistro, so I hope despite the surrounding competitors this little shop can stay open!

The only gourmet type of food in the chapel hills mall. Vegetarian mushroom and cheese panini. It was very good and a nice sized smaller sandwich. The latte coffee as good as a Starbucks.

This restaurant is in the corner of the food court at the Chapel Hill's mall. My Panini was pretty good, It could've been a little hotter, but that might be because of the tomatoes! . But it has a lot of flavor. And super nice staff.Definitely not your average "mall food!" I recommend giving it a try.

My wife and I just had lunch here. To say we're disappointed is an understatement. The tomato basil soup literally tastes like watered down pasta sauce. Condensed from a can would have been better. The coffee tastes old and burnt. Almost like instant. No cream is available to the customer to try and cover it up. You have to ask the man behind the counter to get more. Our sandwiches were adequate but the half sandwich deal is far from satisfying, especially when you're paying for such terrible soup. The smell coming from the shop is also concerning. The surrounding area smells like frozen cheeseburgers being heated on a George foreman.I would come back for just a sandwich, but I would not expect good service or good soup.

I really want to love this place. I want this place to be like a better Panera or Kneaders. It just isn't though. The food is just okay at best. It's really a shame because the staff is always nice and it seems relatively clean. You expect a local business to be on the forefront of food, or at least have style. This place is kind of bland all around. The menu is uninspiring and the quality of the product is in the same vein. There's no passion for food in this place. I wouldn't expect it to be around long.

Don't understand the one star review. This is my go to place to eat in the mall. The food is always delicious and the staff is always so friendly. My favorite is the mushroom melt. I love the pesto on it. And it's a nice, hot meal that's actually filling. Also, free refills on drinks are always a plus. I'll continue to be a customer as long as they exist.

I don't know how this place got a one star review. I LOVE springs bistro. From the outside, it's always clean, organized, and appealing. The staff are the nicest people you'll meet. Especially Iain, he's great. Now the food, is amazing! And very well priced. You can get half a panini and soup or salad and a drink for like $5. It's an awesome deal. I've gone multiple times on lunch/dinner breaks during work and I'm NEVER disappointed. I personally love the triple cheese ham slam panini. It's really cheesy, but doesn't over power the ham, and the panini is always perfectly grilled. I've recommended this place to my friends and family and will continue to recommend it and go there time and time again. :)

Was starving after a long day of shopping and hopped to the food court. They took out my go-to so I looked around and saw this little place over in the corner, figured I'd give it a shot. And I was surprised just how good the burger was. For being in a mall food court, the food is top-notch. Otherwise? It's pretty good. Definitely someplace to consider if you're hungry and looking to get a good burger around Chapel Hills Mall.

My daughter and I went here for the first time the other day. I had a salad that was very good. With Chick fil A gone there aren't any good salads. The lettuce and vegetables were so fresh. My daughter loved her hamburger, without even putting mayo or ketchup on. The owner even went out of his way to make me fresh brewed iced tea, which is really hard to find and you definitely won't find someone to make for you. Its nice to have a good, healthy place to eat in the mall.
