There's two luggage carts to choose from, both are poorly functioning and you can tell one is a cheapo from Amazon. The pool is literally visible from the front desk, that's the weirdest thing I've ever seen. Breakfast is minimal. It's weird to put out bagels and no cream cheese. There's a bald man who may be the manger or owner, he brings a rambunctious black dog who wears a 'service dog' vest. It's not trained and honestly makes me wonder what other policies or rules in place he breaks...From my past experience hotels make a hospitable stay for guests. That's the concept. The rooms aren't cleaned, more like stocked every "service". The housekeepers are kind, but whoever the housekeeper supervisor is, is insane. She's a nazi who has never had a customer service interaction in her life. She knocks on the door and relentlessly opens it with her key, even though we asked for a minute (multiple separate days). She talks back and gets an attitude, I understand housekeeping has a schedule, but this is a hotel-not a prison she needs to get wiped down and move to another floor. I wonder if she can't retain staff? I wonder how she talks to the housekeepers under her? This place is gorgeous from the outside, has an unbeatable location as far as restaurants/shopping/entertainment. Unfortunately this is a poorly ran franchise, it's brand new and will likely be filthy and ran down with a quickness. There are three other brand new hotels/long term stays visible from our room-I'd shop around and take the 2.6 star rating this place already has very seriously. The only thing to improve is to find a new owner, whoever owns this isn't worried about who stays here.

First time at a Springhill Suites (not our first time at a Marriott) - solid stay. Newer property in a good area - lots of fast casual restaurants nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread could be better - not many choices. We would stay here again, but plan on eating out.

Everything went well! Very competent and helpful staff! Clean, comfortable and situated in a wonderful location! Alexis! An individual who truly understands the importance of outstanding customer service! My daughters purse was stolen that contained her identification and credit cards. With a six and a three year old in tow she was near panic! I called from North Carolina, spoke to Alexis, and she immediately sprung into action and helped sort the unfortunate situation out. Thank you Alexis!!

I stayed here for about 3 weeks for a business trip. I worked with the regional sales manager, Sarah, who was a tremendous help in allowing me to get accommodations for about 15 folks at an incredibly fair rate. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast area is arranged nicely and has plenty of space, and the fire pit/darts outside were a fan favorite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A few of my favorite things about Springhill's are the dedicated work space and couch so you can comfortably work and relax without feeling like you're stuck in a small room.

Dont do it. There are better options nearby. My room was not cleaned despite me asking several times. When they did come in, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and the bed wasn't made. I asked for new towels and was told none were available because all were in the dryer. Only one person is on staff at night to manage the night shift.

Newer building with friendly staff. On the other hand the room was dirty. I could not sit on the couch due to a dried white substance on one half and crumbs on the other. They use refillable containers in shower. Shampoo and body wash entirely empty. Had to borrow soap from sink to shower.

This will be my last stay in a Marriott Hotel. Upon mobile check-in I had requested additional pillows and an additional blanket for my son who is sleeping on the pull out trundle. Upon arrival to the room there was no extra pillows or blankets. My wife called down and asked if the extras could be sent up. The front desk clerk told her that they only had 1 pillow and 1 blanket available. She said that would work and the clerk said she would send it up in 15 minutes. After a 30 minute wait, I went down to the desk and asked for it again. June, the attendant at the front desk proceeded to tell me she already told my wife that they had no more pillows and that she already sent the blanket to the room. I let the pillow issue go, although I heard her tell my wife on the phone they had one, but I let her know we never got the blanket. She then proceeded to tell me that I am lying because she already sent it up. I admittedly got frustrated and let her know again that we never got a blanket and asked if she had one, could we just have it and I'd take it up myself. Instead of getting one, she picked up the phone and called my wife in the room and began arguing with her over whether or not a blanket had been delivered. I was shocked that not only had she called me a liar, but then had the audacity to call my wife to start an argument with her. Admittedly I was beyond frustrated at that point and raised my voice at the receptionist and asked for her managers contact info. She pointed to a stack of cards and told me, "Go ahead and call her." I let her know I absolutely would and circled back to the fact that I still didn't have a blanket in the room. I even said that she is more than welcome to come on up and search our room for the blanket she claims we had received. At that point she reached down and passed me a blanket that had been sitting on the desk to the side the whole time. At that point my wife arrived in the lobby after being argued with on the phone. Although I already had the blanket June decided to continue yelling at both of us, calling us both liars as we walked toward the elevator. All due respect, I have a job and I'm just on vacation with my family. I'm not trying to steal a flipping hotel blanket. Once back in my room I attempted to call the 2 numbers on the card. The cell number listed would immediately disconnect upon calling. The other number went straight to the front desk. June would not allow the phone to go to voicemail for me to leave a message for her general manager Jennifer. She instead on 3 separate attempts to leave a message would pick up the receiver and refuse to answer although I could hear her talking with another customer in the back, also arguing with that customer in the background over his credit card. I then attempted to call the corporate customer service number and it just sent me through a round of automated messages that eventually told me to file a complaint online. We are on the 6th night of a 7 night trip all staying at Marriott brand hotels during a family vacation to Colorado. Our stay in Longmont and Alamosa were great. However tonight both my wife and I were yelled at and called a liar by a desk clerk over something as minuscule as a blanket. To say I am shocked is an understatement. This might be a one off instance, but it was so egregious that I will never return to a Marriott brand hotel again.

I have spent 1500 nights at Marriott Hotels and this was the worst check in experience I have ever had. Jun at the front desk doesn't need to be customer facing. Rude beyond belief. Had it not been late I would have gone to a different hotel.

I paid extra for a 2 queen room with a trundle, and upon arrival they refused to honor the booking and gave me a room with a single bed - claiming that my booking was for a single bed because their system said it was, and they refused to acknowledge that I had confirmation of my more expensive booking. The front desk person refused to put me in the correct more expensive room and also refused to reimburse me for the cheaper room. Do not stay here - customer service is terrible and they will literally steal your money.

We stayed here for a few nights. It was not clean, they do not clean the rooms everyday , but instead clean them every three days unless you ask them. The trash was overflowing in the hallways by the elevator the breakfast was dismal. A large step down from the normal SpringHill suite standard.
