Thank you to the owner (Corinne - hopefully I spelled her name correctly) for her exceptional customer service. It was simply more than customer service; it was hospitality with the warmest heart. Her kind gesture was impeccable where my daughter and I walked out of the store smiling like the sun!Well, I do have to say more than that. Her shop is extremely organized. First off, the sign that reads, "Please no opening the container and smelling; we will be happy to assist you for that" or something along those lines. All those glass containers that contain spices, teas and oils, the owner must assist you so that you can smell them. This does keep every single container clean and sanitary. Cross-contamination is no joke, right?Second, the selection of each category (spice, tea and oil) is so wide range, but they are meticulously displayed/lined up from caffeinated to mildly caffeinated to non-caffeinated for teas (for example); you will not be confused as to where to get the right kind of each category. Let's go back to the owner. She kindly shared her personal story as to where she was originally from, when she moved to CO etc. I truly enjoy this kind of small talk so when she became so personable to us we simply couldn't stop talking (we had some afternoon plans back in Denver so we need to go have lunch so eventually we ended our conversation.) We got several pouches of teas and spices. Each pouch was about $6.99. This price is pretty reasonable/average. I wish this store was in my neighborhood.

This place is really cool and it's much bigger than you'd expect. The owner makes all the spices and teas herself, which makes it really special.The spices and teas have excellent aromas. We purchased several items. My favorite was the white chai. It's a white tea with ginger, lemongrass, cinnamon, coconut, clove, cardamom, apple, pink peppercorn, and cinnamon.I brewed the teas as instructed and they had zero flavor. I tried making the different teas I purchased several times with varying amounts, and still zero flavor. Really disappointed.

Been a customer for many years of this store. Love the spices, salts, sugars and teas. Corrine that runs the store is incredibly helpful if you're looking for something in particular. I did say I ordered something online at the holidays. Turns out it didn't go to her store, it went to the franchiser in MI. So watch out for that.

Really cool shop with so many tea options that are super unique!! They also have spices but the tea selection is a good portion of the store. The customer service is good but if the store gets busy it's difficult to get someone's attention to get a type of tea if the bags are gone or if you want to smell something. We love coming here and stocking up on some tea whether we've had them or not. We decided to get two new teas this time because they smelled amazing.

The owner of the store. Corrine is such a nice and helpful person!!! How do I get a hold of her? I came on vacation and would love to order more from her. It's easy to get lost in there and I asked her a million questions. She has the patience of a monk!! Love this place!!

Spice and Tea was such a nice surprise of a store. I thought it was going to be a tiny , quaint store. To my shock it was actually quite long and so much space for a spice store. They had so many unique loose teas set up in jars , they pack them for you , or you could purchase some in small pouches to test them before being stuck with product you do not enjoy. They also had smoked salts , flavored sugars, popcorn seasons, and all kinds of delicious seasonings and spices. The woman who helped me was just the sweetest, and so knowledgeable about all the products. I purchased salt , sugar and tea. And I'll tell you this, I know a return trip to this store is a MUST! Such wonderful goodies.

Our visit started off well- the owner was pleasant and helpful. However, somewhere along the way, she overreacted/ reacted incorrectly to our small talk. We left, after our purchases and being scolded for we were not sure what, shaking our heads. Had I not been so confused by what had just happened, I would have returned my purchases on principle. Customers should be treated with respect. The store was lovely and the spices and teas were well-presented, but the experience we had with the owner was baffling and disappointing.

This is such a lovely store. You walk in and the smells pull you in. It is warm,cozy and relaxing amidst all the hustle and bustle outside. Best of all is the tea, spice mixes sugars and salts. They come with creative names make great gifts- that is if you can decide which ones to keep and which ones to gift.

Went there this evening with my wife and children. I was so amazed by the cleanliness and organization of the tea shop. Every tea canisters were clearly labeled and there were so many to choose from. The owner was so friendly and helpful taking her time to explain the different teas and opening the different ones we requested for samples. She explained how freshness, cleanliness were so important to the shop and we still were able to try and sample all we wanted to.We will be back later in the year and buy more when we come back for spring break. So happy to see other shop owners like ourselves value customer service and integrity.
