Sparrow Hawk Gourmet Cookware

I love this store!! Every time I go in I find something extremely useful, whether it be an actual kitchen tool, a cook book, kitchen decor, or food. (Like preserves, honey, soup ingredients.) This most recent trip I was shopping for Mother's Day gifts and found the perfect gift for each person I was looking for. Give yourself time to look around because they have SO much. The cook books are all the way in the back. I even found a little Ratatouille themed recipe journal (my favorite Disney movie). They also have tons of cookware and some vintage items as well.

We stopped in looking for wine glasses. Found a great set at a super value. Found the service to be excellent. This place packs a lot of product into a small space. Pasta machines to put and pans, knives, ..... High quality brands at great value.

They jam a lot into this little space but they have such a wide variety of cookware and gadgets to choose from. It's a great place to find pretty much anything for your cooking needs.On this day I was looking for a lid for my cast-iron skillet and they didn't have one that fits, but they did have friendly and helpful service!

Anything you need from a culinary perspective can be found here. And the experienced staff will be able to find it or you can wander blissfully through the aisles picking up things as they strike your fancy. They've been around for decades and there is a reason they persist.

My boyfriend and I were strolling through the area this Sunday when we happened to see the door open for this shop. The inside is set up almost like a maze and you can absolutely get lost in there! When we walked in, no one greeted us as they were deep in discussion with each other about their plans for after work. We spent about 15 mins in there when an older gentleman with shoulder length salt and pepper hair and glasses came up to me and asked "Umm can I help you find anything because we closed at 4:00" in a tone that bordered irritant/annoyed. I looked at him and said "no we didn't realize it was after closing because they had the door propped open when we walked in". There was no announcement, no pleasantry, just this older man rudely escorting us to the front as if we should have seen a sign that was covered due to the door being open when we walked in. We both LOVE COOKING but those 3 people in there working were not greeting any customers and the older gentleman needs to take a lesson on correct customer service! Won't be spending money in there nor will I recommend it to others!

Amazing store. I am so sick of trying to buy quality off amazon only to find amazon ships cheap chinese knock offs. Here I can find what I need from their huge selection, hold it, and get a feel of the quality and know what I am getting. I will be back in the future, mostly because I saw so many other things I want.

Such a fun store! My hubby and I have been looking for new cookware and friends recommended this awesome shop. Normally I couldn't afford gourmet supplies, but they were having a sale!!! It worked out perfectly, but I have learned that there is NOTHING like real cookware. From now on, we will be saving our dollars to shop here for all of our kitchen needs FOREVER! Keep up the good fight for your business!

Probably the largest inventory of (useful) kitchen supplies in the Springs.Not exorbitant prices but, not cheap. However, most of the items are of better than good quality and much being top of the line. If you have a need for Le Creuset, this is your place. They have a massive selection.The gentlemen running the place are engaging an helpful and unlike many other places, I believe they actually know how to use everything in the store.Yes, cheaper online but you get great customer service and support local business.

Spent $500 on cookware for Christmas and it's defective. Manufacturer said return to store and the store said they won't accept it and send send to Zwilling. On top of that, they're very rude and have a terrible attitude. Won't be shopping there again!

Won't work with me on a return, no receipt. This is why big box stores are taking over, they don't fight on returns let alone exchanges. I'll never buy from there again. Better get it right, they suck at returns!
