I was in town for a couple days & wanted to swim laps. $12 fee, which is the same at all Ys I've been to. VERY CLEAN & beautiful facility!I love the pool area. Only 2 lanes were open for laps, but I only had to share a lane, briefly. There were swim classes, so it was loud, but I don't mind happy sound. ;)I wanted to ride the huge motorized animals they have for the kids. ;PHot tub was large & nice 'n' steamy. Shower had good water pressure & was hot enough for me (I like it pretty hot.)Very uncrowded on a Thursday evening about 5-6pm (pool closed, I think she said, about 6:30)

The service is horrible! I tried to cancel the membership and they tried to make me come in when they keep charging me. Also the price for a membership is crazy expensive, I would recommend planet fitness. They have so much more to offer for way cheaper. The service is was better to! Don't go here or buy a gym membership here, you will be treated like a child and it is horrible. Don't go here.

Not a member of the YMCA but I came here to bring the kids to the pool. It's a $10.00 fee per person (if they're swimming). There's a lap pool and another section for kids and sectioned off by color of bands. The kids need to take a swim test to get different colored bands in order to go into different sections of the pool. Plenty of lifeguards on duty. Locker rooms are clean, no complaints.

This is the local YMCA that I like to visit. I primarily use the YMCA for swimming and strength training, for triathlons. The pool at this YMCA is never crowded, I have always been able to find a lane. Lap swimming doesn't begin to 12 PM and goes until closing. The staff is incredible, everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful to me during every visit. The crowds within the gym are minimal, so if you don't like to work out around a lot of people, this is a great YMCA location.

we were only members for about 5 months and canceled due to childcare never having openings. every time we arrived to drop our kids off their was a long wait due to not enough staff. other than childcare the rest of the facility was nice staff members were always friendly.

I have a grandson who is participating in the youth basketball league. First off they charge $140 per child to play in this league, I consider this very fair. What I don't consider fair is when the coaches they have do not play children in order to win a game! My grandson is in the 2nd grade through 4th grade division, for the most part these are children just learning the concept of basketball. My grandson has played in the two games played so far, but there are kids who got no play time, versus the coach's son who played the entire two games.I ask the YMCA, is this within the spirit of the game? Take the parents hard earned money, then never allow the children to even participate? These are 7 to 9 year olds barely learning the concept of the game, yet this coach left the 1st game as soon as it was over (lost) without saying much to the team then celebrated the second game (won) with his son and the key 4th graders that played 75% of the game, ignoring the younger children. When the children spoke up, he said "show me something in practice and maybe you'll play some" Again, you charged these families for their children to have the right to play in this league, but you've placed no guidelines to prevent ass-wipes from taking over the games.Tell me, is this a competitive league or a beginners league? If it's competitive, why would you place 2nd graders with 4th graders and expect them to have a chance to ever play? The coaches all volunteer their time, which means the YMCA reaps all the money. So what will you do about this?People there's no structure to insure the children will enjoy this league, in fact it will turn away many children to the sport because of the way it's currently run. Keep this in mind when you consider paying the YMCA's fees.

I've been to several YMCA locations in my time and am an avid fan of the Southeast Armed Services branch. The facility is new and well maintained. The pool and splash area are incredible! And the staff is just terrific, they really care about their community and the Y members. My son has played a number of sports through the Y and we've attended events and this branch is family friendly and always looking for new suggestions for programs, projects and events. One tip to mention - Unfortunately there's an issue with theft at this branch that you need to watch out for - bring locks or keep your things close to you. The staff does their absolute best to keep it under control, but it is what it is.

The pool is nice but they do not mind asking an older paying customer to move 4 time ! When they have have a child that needs to prove he can swim they will ask a paying customer to move out of the lane. At the same time they have swim lesson and they will run you out of a lane even though the children never swim down it, mind you they have already taken half the pool for life guard training. When they block off half the pool the only use the deep end of the lanes but you can not use the shallow end of the pool that they aren't using . When you are elderly and pay over 50 dollars a month I would think the staff would be more courteous and accommodating. I do not get any kind of discount or silver sneakers !

Two older women at the front desk are extremely rude. I've witnessed several occasions how poorly they treat ymca members. I went in with my daughter the other day and was told it would be 20 dollars for her to work out with me. Just as a guest. I didn't have any cash on me as I was going to work out and left my purse at home... I was never told about a 20 dollar fee. I asked if they could please make an exception this once and would sign her up tomorrow... and they argued with me. I left extremely disappointed as I have been a member for years! Another gentleman was walking in on another occasion to scan his ID and the older lady behind the counter practically berated him not to scan as she was in the middle of using the computer. I was embarrassed for him as she did this in front of other members. Just a really nasty women. Makes the whole environment unpleasant.
