South Main Vacation Rentals

For the past four years Buena Vista has been our yearly vacation destination. This year, due to my daughter's wedding, we needed a larger rental and chose to reserve a beautiful home through South Main Vacation Rentals. SMVR has stellar customer service! They quickly responded to inquiries and were genuinely interested in the comfort/enjoyment of our stay. We had some changes in the length of our stay and they were able, and willing, to accommodate our request. Our family of eight chose to stay in a beautiful home, 903 Swift Circle. Perfect location. Beautiful accommodations. Location: Rocking chairs and comfortable seating on the front porch affords beautiful views of surrounding mountains. Access to the river and the popular South Main beach area is within short walking distance. A little longer but scenic walk will bring you to the busy shops/eateries on Main Street. Delightful!Accommodations: Spacious. Clean. Nicely appointed. Beautiful artwork. Access to the third 'floor' bedroom was via a tight staircase. A private room with two double beds, a TV, and full bath was perfect for my daughter and guest. A beautiful stairway led to three second floor bedrooms, all with king-sized beds and one access to the second-floor deck. The master bedroom and bath was spacious and included an exquisite glassed-in shower. The other two rooms shared a full bath. On the ground floor was a beautiful breakfast nook where family enjoyed eating, laundry room, powder room, and kitchen/family area. The Murphy Bed in the dining room accommodated another guest. You can't put a price tag on the joy of having all of your family in one place, comfortable and happy! We are thankful for the engagement of SMVR who provided excellent service and accommodations for celebrating our joyous occasion!Oh! The views from 903 Swift Circle are spectacular. During our five-day stay we saw a double-rainbow and some incredibly beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Our son and his fiance had their wedding and reception at the South Main Boulder park (wedding) and The Beach area for their reception? We couldn't have been happier with this location for these events. Jed and his staff were extremely helpful in the planning and coordination of this event. We rented the River Park Rowhouse and were very happy with the accommodations. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything we needed was there. We were next door to the Eddyline Brewery Pub which was very convenient. I would recommend this location to anyone for either a vacation or any special events they have in mind.

Me and a friend rented the Zebra loft for a weekend and absolutely loved it, the beds were comfy and the inviting modern interior. The loft was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and bake anything we wanted, including coffee from a local company in Colorado and environmentally safe cleaning supplies. We came back one morning and discovered that the gas fireplace wasn't working. I sent an email to the manager and he followed up and had someone over and fixed it within an hour, I was very impressed considering the front office wasn't even open yet. Overall our experience was very positive. The management contacted me afterwards and was kind enough to mail me something I left in the loft. I'd definitely recommend south main to any of my friends or family and would love to return sometime in the summer.

WOW! This rental is the most luxurious and well equipped that we have stayed in to date! The brushed copper fixtures and unique decor give this two bedroom rental the feel of a Las Vegas suite without compromising the comfort and authenticity of an "at home environment." The kitchen is amazing with modern appliances and granite counter tops. Front loading washer dryer and memory foam mattresses made this rental the model dream home for my wife and I! The view from the master bedroom patio can not be beat! The master bath and shower are absolute luxury and we especially appreciated the multiple lighting options in the main family room with dimmer switches abound! Located right next to our favorite B.V. restaurant (The Eddyline) and just across the street is a great little shop with local wares. You can walk over to the river park for an evening stroll or pop down the street to do some climbing at the Boulder Park. Although the super comfortable leather couch and dual recliners may incline you to stay home and watch a Blu Ray on the flat screen with excellent surround sound! (If you can get it to work! It is a bit tricky. Be sure to check the guest book for tips!) Needless to say, we were hesitant to leave this modern and yet some how rustic paradise. There is just one question left to ask...when can we move in?

Wow!!! This home was far more than what I expected. Very comfortable with awesome views. Very close to a great restaurant. The master suite was beautiful! I would highly recommend this home if you are planning a ski trip or a family vacation. The owner was excellent, made it easy for us to stay, great communication and got us in right away....AND the price was great! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home...I look forward to staying here again when we visit Buena Vista next year!
