Soulga is amazing! I've been looking for a studio like this for a long time, and I'm loving it! The instructors are so friendly and encouraging that it makes working out fun and I actually want to go as much as possible, sometimes I even do 2 classes a day!! My favorite classes are Barre Your Soul and Soulga Strong.Their monthly membership is very affordable and well worth it.
