Fast and efficient service. Food is made to order and you can sit in the sun on a picnic table or they bring it to your car while you wait. We had the sausage breakfast burrito, smothered in green chili and a Sophie's Special smothered. Both delicious and we devoured them after a xcountry ski day above Grant. A husband and wife duo do everything. They seem very nice and genuinely concerned that you enjoy. Located in Pine Junction at THE traffic signal. Prices are great. Oh yah, we had a churro too. Fresh and yummy. Not quite as good as from a street vendor in Mexico City but not bad for back country Colorado. I think we were out the door for less than $30 total.

The food is good when they are open and when the lady at counter isn't giving you attitude like you are ruining her day cause you are there placing an order. Not very friendly and I always feel like I am annoying her when I pick up my food. A smile and a good morning go far in my book. But a grumpy attitude and nothing said will not get ya many stars. Wish they were open more days. Only open Friday-Sunday. Breakfast burritos are very tasty and easier on the $$$ than the burritos you get across the street. Worth the stop if you are in the area and can handle the grumpy lady.

I've only had their breakfast burrito. It's pretty good and a good sized portion. They aren't skimpy on the ingredients. I get the green Chile on the side, only because I like to control the amount. It's actually big enough to share, which is what my wife and I usually do.

If you haven't stopped in to visit and dine from the food truck at Pine Junction named Sophias, you need to put it high on your list of places to get to as soon as possible!!The first thing you'll want to try is any dish that comes with their green chili. I did Glen's favorite Burrito with chicken and the combination of all the ingredients came together as a masterpiece covered with their spicy green chili (not too spicy for gringos) Yesterday, I did the sausage egg & chili breakfast burrito that was one of the best tasting burritos anywhere west of Denver along I 285. It also kept me satisfied thru the afternoon. Really filling! My Buddy did the street tacos the other day and won't stop talking about how awesome they were. I will add more to my review as I get the third and forth visits completed. Stop in soon, I'm sure you'll enjoy anything you order.

Food is always good. This place is definitely consistent. The staff is always kind and attentive. They are one of our favorite places to grab a bite from. Would definitely recommend their green chili fries and the Sophia Especial burrito.

Ok. First, let me say that this Sophia is so sweet. I really wanted to like her food. Let's begin with the tators and fries. They were baked well and tasted like they are suppose to. Meaning, no seasoning or anything special. Basically, I could've made them at home. The Mexican hamburgers were ok. The hamburger meat definitely from frozen. The beans not sure, but if they are not canned, they are being stored in something that gives them that metallic flavor. The chili, again was mixed with canned green chilies. I could taste the canned bitter after-taste. Ick. The chili lacked any type of heat. I just kept wanting a little. We even said, we want it spicy, because we have high tolerance. I also had hoped the diced lettuce and tomatoes on top would've added something, but they lacked salt and pepper. The lettuce was even a bit wilted. Our tummies didn't do great afterward. That's what happens with canned foods. After a couple-tums, we were doing better. The prices are better than normal food trucks, they actually give you a full portion. Perhaps avoiding the chili and beans with the other options, would be better? Not sure. So sad. :(

The breakfast burritos at Sophia's are delicious! Plenty of crispy bacon, home fries, eggs, green chili. I would highly recommend them. I haven't tried anything else on the menu. They have become our favorite for a breakfast on the go.

Despite lurking on Yelp for years, I had never found that "one place" that pushed me to write a review. Sophias is that place. Although it's tucked off the corner in Pine Junction and looks pretty unassuming, it has some of the best service and food I've had for a good while. Their green chile is phenomenal- definitely get something with it! I had the breakfast burrito (delicious, was not hungry and ate the whole thing - loaded with crispy potatoes, eggs, and yummy chile), someone had the bean and cheese burrito (smothered is a must), and another person had the carnitas tacos (again, delicious). I would make the drive back solely for this food! There was also wonderful service, and it was pretty fast despite the growing line. 10/10 going to return! Thank you for the yummy food!
