I truly enjoyed the experience I had at Something New Boutique! Nevaeh was so helpful with listening and meeting my needs for what I have been looking for in a wedding dress! The selection of wedding dresses here are so beautiful and the staff truly made me feel like a valued customer! I would definitely recommend coming here because of the unforgettable experience, the encouraging staff, the beauty of the mountains, and the gorgeous wedding dresses!

Everyone there is so kind, Ella did such a great job helping me find my dress (if you can request her you absolutely should) The ambiance there is so nice, everything is so clean and pretty. And they have a HUGE variety of dresses

Best Experience yet! Participated in "Brides in America". Active Duty Navy Chief, recently engaged and marrying the love of my Life! We had a whole OPERATION: Wedding Dress event with my ladies! It was the most epic experience yet through this whole wedding planning process.. I couldn't ask for a better staff and wedding dress Stylist! We even made it on the local news! Ruka! Is her name, don't you forget it! So if you are looking for a subject matter expert that will get your wedding dress manifestation to the T, ensure you get this wonderful human being to be part of your pick a wedding dress experience! She made my dream dress into reality!

Pretty unimpressed with the service here. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment started and we waited a bit before someone found us and asked if we had been helped. A woman told us she "thinks" she is the one helping us. Then she walked away and came back 5 minutes later. Then we were shown to our dressing area and they quick went and write my name on a whiteboard. Then she asked me to describe my style and asked some things about me. I found this a bit odd since I received 3 different texts and had 2 phone calls from the boutique in preparation for my appointment. The most recent call I was asked to describe my style and I was told that information was added to my profile, but evidently not. By the time I tried on my dress it was 40 minutes after my appt was. After 15 minutes, the First Lady who was helping us said she had to go do something else and so she brought in a different rep to help us. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. This lady knew nothing about where I was at during this process. Unfortunately, I felt uncomfortable and not respected throughout my whole appointment. The dresses were dirty and I felt I was not taken as seriously because I didn't want to buy the more expensive dresses. Overall I would NOT recommend this store based off the customer service and poor experience.

I can't say enough good things about this bridal shop! I went to 6 shops and this one was by far the best! Their dresses were high quality which is key for us mid size girls, stylists weren't pushy, and listened well without too much of the pre try in conversation. I highly recommend requesting Ella as your consultant. She was amazing and combined my preferences with what she thought would be most flattering and knocked it out of the park. I fell in love with one of the first dresses she recommended, but didn't commit cause it was my first shop. The next week I went back and purchased the dress without hesitation! Thank you Something New for making this experience (which I was kind of dreading) so amazing!

Super high pressure sales... very $$$ .. not best selection... Sales is similar to vacation week by in places... you even have to pay extra for a hanger. .. replicates the show say yes to dress..

I am so shocked to see all the 1 star reviews, I love Something New so much! Every single person treats you with so much respect, kindness and they certainly make you feel special. I worked with Sarah as my stylist, but I have talked to Ella, Maitlin, Lucia and Sophia. Every single one of them is like having a new bestie help you pick your dress, it felt just like "Say Yes To The Dress!" I was more than happy with the service they provided. Also, since I see a lot of comments saying the price was not discussed, I agree. However, I was very firm on not going about my budget and Sarah never did. Anything I pulled off the rack that was outside of my budget she would tell me. I think if you explain and stand your ground on anything you'll be better off. If you get upset by their policy then you can say no thanks and go somewhere else.I want to add that they were so flexible on my scheduled appointment. Originally, I was schedule for an 11:30 am appointment but this terrible winter storm caused my family to get held up on the other side of the state. They were able to push it back an hour, but the snow caused so much trouble they got me rescheduled for the same day in the evening. They made accommodations for my party size when it was going to be large and said I could have as many people as I wanted. Of course I am sure within reason, I think they said about 12 people could fit into one space.It was fun to pick my wedding dress, and surprisingly I got to name my dress after me!! It was a brand new dress to their shop and no one had purchased it yet, so that made me so happy. It really made me feel all the more special. The best part is I stayed within my budget of less than 3k, and my dress is a mermaid style which can be so much more expensive. I heard after getting my dress that people come far and wide to get their wedding and prom dresses here. 1000% would recommend this place for any woman!

I had a great experience at something new boutique and was able to find a prom dress last minute. Everyone was so kind and very helpful, especially Liv and i recommended anyone looking for a dress!

My sister purchased her wedding dress here for her destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The wedding dress appointment was very rushed. She was mislead when she purchased the dress from the associate who no longer works there with copper hair regarding the package she paid for. She received the dress back from the cleaners at Something New and didn't open the bag until the day of the wedding only to find out there were cups in the bra altered on her dress that were not placed like that when she originally purchased the dress. There were at least 15 buttons down the back of the dress that were missing. Hearing my sister cry on her big wedding day is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. I would not recommend anyone to purchase their wedding dress here. Absolutely horrible experience and customer service.
