Overall for a fast spot spot the food, service, and restaurant were good. I've been wanting to compare and contrast between ash burger, in and out, shake shack and I believe Smashburger will be at the top of the list. I got their single bacon burger with their smash fries. But the American cravings that I needed!

We usually have Smashburger delivered, but I decided to come here and eat since the free french fries for french fry day were only available with pick up or dine in. I ordered the double Colorado Smashburger and got a regular smash fry for free. I also got some ice tea. The food came out quickly and was tasty and delicious, although messy, as usual. The fries were good, but I had forgot to ask for smash sauce, so had to go back to the counter to get some. The staff seemed very busy, but professional and helpful. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and I am glad I came here to eat.

I am especially fond of the Chile Colorado Smashburger! Just the right blend of spicy! I get a double and it gets a little messy, but it's great!! Take out or sit on the patio. There's indoor seating too.

Disappointing. Super over priced. Oily/greasy. Fries weren't even filled (pictured) and the ones we got were soaked in grease. Gross! I have to say the entire experience from the time I placed my drive thru order took nearly 20 minutes to the time they handed me food. The choices on the menu sounded great! You might think they were crafting something delicious with the wait and the prices, but don't be fooled that is not the case.Maybe it was a bad night. The guy at the window was friendly and upbeat. I don't know what happened, but I watched the manager himself pack my food into the bag. He did my sauces on the side, then he double checked the bag and stapled it shut!My mistake for not inspecting the bag before leaving the area, or maybe I am to blame for spending over $20 for 2 single patty burgers and a large fry and getting the sloppy wet mess we got then NOT driving back there to complain. Either way this is should be unacceptable. A smash burger shouldn't be THAT tough to deliver.

I've been a few times and it's good. Idk if it's worth the price though. In a day when every price is on the rise, you've got to be picky. I bought a meal here today and upgraded the drink to a shake and all in all it was $18. Whoa lol! But as I said the flavor is great, quality never disappoints but the price gouging kills me.

I bought and paid for a bacon Brisket Smashburger. No bacon, severely over cooked burger. God awful burger. I was looking forward to enjoying, but got someone else's order I suppose. I like Smashburger, but this store has SERIOUS problems. It's not the first order they messed up.
