I had Patrick come out and work on my oven. He was always extremely punctual and polite. He also walked me through what was wrong and why fixed were necessary as well as showing me the damaged parts and how it should look. I will be using them again in the future (really hope my stuff doesn't break but it makes me happy to know these folks are around)

I really like the gal that answers the phone and makes appointments. She is kind, responsible, and efficient. The repair men that work for this company are rude. They ignore the customer, mumble when you ask a question, and are sneaky. I was told a part was at the store and then I waited more than two weeks for an appointment. The part was ordered and it took 2 weeks to get it! I ordered the part and got it in 2 days. It is not right to lie to a customer. It is not like we are stupid. I may be mechanically challenged but I do not lack common sense especially about life. I ended up watching a YouTube video and fixed the appliance myself. As far as I am concerned I would not welcome any of those repair men in my home again. The wonderful lady that does appointments needs to run away and find a honest company to work for yesterday!

Had a tech show up not approved by our property management company after another company had already come to take a look at our refrigerator and ordered a part that needed replaced. This tech tells us that something else is wrong and the whole fridge needs to be replaced. We told him that it needs to be run through the property management company first before that's approved and the tech said he'd call them. We talked with our property manager later that day and he never received a call. This morning I get a call from Small Town Appliance saying that they need to talk to us about getting a new fridge. I went back and forth with the guy on the phone saying that it's already been taken care of and we've got it figured out but he kept pushing saying that they're the company the property manager always goes with. This company seems shady and pushy and just looking to make a quick buck. If you're gonna go with them it might be best to get a second opinion before they try and sell you a brand new appliance.

I needed help with my Dyson vacuum and the owner walked me through how to clean it and fix it myself! Wow- hats off to him. Thanks again for saving me a few shekels and my valuable time. Will use again in the future when I'm in over my head!

I don't know where to start.. While they are not the biggest store in town, I must say that they are the nicest people I've ever worked with on an appliance purchase! Heather welcomed me with a big smile! She listened to my needs, educated me on their offers, and then helped me make the best selection based what I wanted. I can't explain how easy she made the process for me. I would recommend Small Town Appliance to my family & Friends!!

The heater core for my dryer was replaced by small town appliance in late 2020, and by August 2021 needed to be replaced again because the part stoped heating. Fast forward three weeks and small town appliance contacted me exactly zero times letting me know what the delay was. When the technician came out initially he had a heater core with him, but decided that it belonged to another client and that it would not be installed on my dryer that Friday. Instead, I waited three weeks to have a $19 part come in because it's "warranted". Amazon could have had the part sent within two days but I was told from the technician that they won't do that because of the warranty. Which is almost exactly the same cost of two heaters. Terrible service, poor planning, no customer service. I do not recommend anyone use them. To top things off, after the tech decided that the part he had with him wasn't for me, he asked to use my bathroom and was nice enough to leave it smelling like a truck stop restroom after free chili night. Thanks but no thanks.

I am very happy with the service I received. The call back was quick. Even though they can no longer do in shop servicing, they gave me as much help as they could knowing they weren't going to get any money out of it. This place has good old fashioned honest customer service.

Small Town Appliance has come by my home twice to fix my unruly washer and dryer. Dennis today was beyond helpful, polite, and respectful of my home and belongings. There was zero mess, a thorough walkthrough of what was going on with them, and he kindly worked around my tied up work schedule. Super professional, very thorough, 10/10 would recommend!

When our Whirlpool Neptune washer quit here in the mountains, we did not know where to take it. I did the research and was encouraged by the reviews of Small Town Appliance. I called Dennis and told him the make and model and year. We asked if it was worth repairing. He said bring it inI offered to pay for the diagnosis and explained the washer was seldom used, but 17 years old. He said bring it in and they would look at it no charge, I again offered to pay and he again declined. Before we took it the 80 miles we asked if they could work on it and they said YES, because it could be something simple. So we loaded it up that day, drove 80 miles to CS and dropped it off. A couple of days later one of the techs called and said he was undermanned and wasnt even going look at it due to its age and was going to put it in the junk pile. I called Dennis and told him of the conversation. I said why did you tell me you would look at it and have me make a 160 mile round trip knowing it's age? He said he was going to have the guy check it out, that the tech was out of line for not checking it out before calling. Disgusted and not trusting them at this point, I sent my nephew to pick it up. He is mechanicly inclinded looked at it and it was ONLT A loose wire.Small Town Appliance wanted to sell me a new $900 front loader, (and matching dryer of course) My nephew fixed it for me by connecting a loose wire. My nephew stated that the washer looked showroom condition to him and looked like it had never been used.Their idea of "FREE" nearly cost me $900 plus a dryer.I hope your experience is different. Trust your gut.

This place was great, Friendly, knowledgeable staff who had a decent selection of great deals. Got a great washer and dryer for $1,000 total (half what most other places offered) and they've been working perfectly for a year now.
