Listen up, folks, because I'm about to preach the gospel of Ski a Town Chicken Joint. I stumbled into this place expecting some decent fried chicken (which they DELIVERED, juicy and crispy perfection, 10/10), but what I didn't expect was to have my entire existence reordered by their *pickle fries*. Yes, you heard me right--PICKLE. FRIES. These aren't just fries with a pickle vibe; they're golden, crunchy miracles that taste like a dill-soaked fever dream. I took one bite and nearly proposed to the plate. The chicken? Great. The vibes? Ski-town cozy with a side of "I could live here." But those pickle fries? They're the reason I'm writing this review instead of just weeping into my takeout bag. I told my server, "These are mind-blowing," and she just smirked like, "Yeah, we know, newbie." I'm pretty sure they lace them with witchcraft because I'm already plotting my next visit, and I live three states away. If you don't order the pickle fries, you're basically insulting the chef, the fryer, and the entire concept of happiness. Go. Eat. Cry a little. Thank me later.

The pickle fries alone make me want to come back to Breck. I don't know if god is working in the kitchen making those fries or what, but I am legitimately sad over not being able to have these in my hometown.Service was great, drinks were great, and the ambiance was very soothing for a Sunday night. Would 10/10 come back with my future daughter whom I shall name Pickle Fries in honor of these life changing, perfectly crispy and seasoned pickle fries.

I ate here on a whim last Saturday. The town was crazy busy, and we needed a spot for a bunch of kids and adults that we could sneak into early. Ski Town Chicken fit the bill, has a good menu for kids with flexibility and sides as well as a burger just in case. We were the first ones in and had the pick of the place for seating. We ordered quickly, the kids played some Big Buck Hunter and we sat down to eat. Service from the bartender was attentive and quick. The chicken was excellent and exactly what it should be, the burger ordered reported that he liked it. Mac'n Cheese was the best of the sides, but they were all good. Pricing (for a mountain town) was a good value. A couple of areas they could improve: - Beer selection: only 5 on tap, and a couple of those were repetitive, either bring in some bottles/cans, add a couple more taps, or make sure the options are more effectively curated- Some of the sauces were not that interestingAll in All - we will be back, and this might become our "I'm too lazy to cook, but it is too late to get a reservation" option.

Another of the local establishments in Breckenridge that seems to be doing things the right way.And what does a person order at a chicken joint? The Cheeseburger. And a good burger at that. I was very happy with the product. This ain't no In-N-Out, and I know that. But what I was looking for was not a signature flavor of name brand like another Big Mac, but what I got was a delicious tasting and properly prepared (MED) mountain hamburger. The fries were also good. Everything was good, because there was nothing left after the three grandkids and all devoured every last fry. Even the thinly sliced cross-cut sweet potato fries get my "among the best I have had". The other mentioned things we ordered were the good potato soup and a grilled chicken sandwich of some sort. We are at a chicken shop after all. Do stop in and give the staff a fist bump (seemed to be popular). Dicks

The service was the only good thing about this place. They were friendly. I ordered a two piece of chicken to go. The breast was dry, the wing was under cooked and bloody. There was a significant service charge so I left no tip. Very disappointed!

Our favorite place we ate at so far in Breck! We loved the chicken tenders, fries, sweet potato fries and were really tempted to get peanut butter pie! Our server John was phenomenal and made our experience so great. He was really helpful, and gave us great recs for the rest of our trip. Highly recommend!

This place is about a block off of Main Street. Everything was on point. We got the pork cracklings that were still popping when they came to the table. They were great. Chicken sandwich and fries were very good. 2 piece white chicken with biscuit was on point. It comes with a dipping sauce of your choice which I recommend to enhance the already tasty chicken. Also got the deviled egg potato salad which was really good. Service was very good.

This place is right off Main Street and I think that keeps it a bit hidden so it wasn't jam packed like every other spot. The food is amazing though! I had the pickle fries and the chicken salad. The chicken salad was awesome. It had some tang and some kick! Definitely a bit different than your usual chicken salad. There is a small bar and a few tables. Service was great! Definitely worth a try if you're looking for a great meal! (They have cool tshirts too:) )

I ordered food to go. Be aware, there is a significant up charge compared to their in-house restaurant menu. The menu said Chicken Tenders are $15. Ordered Online after work, it's $19. I did bring this up to the server when I picked up my order. He gave me the excuse that they charge more for online. Then, I was charged an extra $2.61 gratuity (part of the taxes and fees). I realized this later. So for take-out, it cost me an extra $6.61. Tenders and sweet potato fries were way over done/burnt... gross. Will not be going back. Trying to support local businesses, but unfortunately very disappointed. Will not go back.
