Skate City

I was too tired to wait for adult night so I came here for good old regular skate. It was actually so fun, but definitely a date night scene for high schoolers lol! I still thought the music was fun and the lights were cool, overall a great time. It's super cheap and skate rentals are only $3.50!

My husband and I lived in Central City 2 years ago. We would have our date night at the Skate City Adult Skate Nights. We love skating so much that would skate almost 7 days a week. Currently we in the DFW area and on a work trip. We wanted to visit all the Skate City's to skate and visit with old friends. My favorite rink is Xfinity Sports Inline Hockey Arena on 3325 Meadow Ridge Dr. Colorado Springs, CO 80920. The Hockey teams were in full swing and having a event. Xfinity has the best floor, bar, and seating everywhere. So, I planned an Adult Night Skate Craw, 5 rinks in two nights...We love roller skating. The music was jamming, and we were dancing. All smiles here having the time of our lives! This is a very positive place. Also this is a fun workout!

No complaints, good skate facility for a super low price (they give military discounts too). People are friendly and there are often free session perks like free iced water and pizza. Good place to hang out, have birthdays, get exercise, for an affordable rate. .

I am warning all parents that let your children go to this Skate City. Do not let them go unattended without an adult. My daughter and her friend we're brutally assaulted in the lobby of this location. My daughter was 17y old at the time. The security did not call 911 when it happened. They let kids Go before the police got there. This happened on 4/9/21.

This place has got middle school nostalgia written all over it. $30 for five weeks of skate lessons brought us in (I can't raise that one kid that holds on to the wall during skate parties! Something must be done!) and as I lace up my skates to circle the floor with him afterward I feel like I'm 13 again. Refreshment stand. Patterned carpet everywhere. Skee-ball. Luckily, this time I can skip the crush on the braces kid and the groups of catty pre-teen girls.They've got special deal nights (Saturday is $2.50 skate rentals for military), are constantly holding parties for local schools, and to top it off are surprisingly clean (for a roller rink). Great for kids, great for families. We'll be coming here often. You know, so I can show off my sweet 13-year-old moves.

This place doesn't take covid seriously at all. Place is completely packed on adult night and barely anyone is wearing masks. Did not feel safe here at all although the place itself is cool. They seriously need to do better.

This place is kind of ghetto, and everything looks like it's at least thirty years old, but at least the prices are good for the skating. It will only cost you $5.50 for two hours. They have some arcade games, but most are broken, and the prize counter has a super weird system where you need at least 25 tickets to be able to buy anything. I saw that they have a pizza place inside called Pizzas of Eight, but I did not eat there so I cannot comment on that.

We had my daughter's birthday party here and they made it so easy for us! The manager, Cameron and our server Trinity were very accommodating and our guests all left happy. Thank you Skate City for making my daughter feel special on her special day!

I honestly cannot put up with the lack of service. They won't even let me talk to the manager. I think anyone that goes here for a second time, needs a mental institution.

I don't even know where to start with this place but avoid it! The manager was so nasty to her employees. These poor young kids were just trying to do a job and this woman was so disrespectful and degrading. I felt so bad for them. They were there trying to do their job. All the young employees were nice but the appalling behavior of the manager should be enough for anyone to avoid this place. If you're miserable, go find another job.
