Great place to stay, pretty quiet. Kind staff, clean rooms. Great breakfast. Mountain View.

We stayed for the Pikes Peak Hillclimb in June. It is close to the mountain and made the trip to the start line fairly short. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything worked. A liquor store is across the street and it is close to everything in town. You can walk. The pool was cool, refreshing and uncrowded. The staff was helpful. The only downside was that the wi-fi connection did not work well. But, I found that was true for the whole area.

Worst. Motel. In. Colorado. Door locks don't work. Bathroom was filthy. People roaming around looked like crackheads. Bed was not comfy. AC was spotty. Staff was unfriendly at best. The man at the desk gave zero f*$&s about taking care of customers. This is a slum style money grab. WiFi - while there was actually WiFi, it wasn't connected to the internet. Breakfast - no. It's a joke. Coffee was empty. Toaster was broken. All around bad experience. Rip off alert. Go somewhere else.

Room reeked of what smelled like hospital disinfectant. Air conditioner coughed up soot. Wifi was unreliable (you will find other reviews which say the same). Staff at evening front desk unhelpful. There are better options at a similar price point in the area. No compelling reason to stay here.

Clean queen beds, clean carpets, working Tv and AC, 2nd floor one night stay. Extra with pet dog. Well you can hear the 3rd floor raucous at night when they're running or jumping across the room! The Park and recreation area is across the street which is good if you're traveling with little ones or walking the dog. Lots to see and explore in great town.

Don't expect to get the room you thought you reserved online. Call to make sure you get the actual room you want. Otherwise, the room was clean. The location near Manitou Falls (can walk to shops) and Garden of the Gods was great.

I have never left a review for a business. Typically, if I have a poor experience I let it go. This place is awful. I stayed there for one night. I got in later in the evening, slept, woke up, and left. Two days later, I was charged an extra $200. When I called asking what happened, I was accused of breaking their television. I said there was no way that was possible as I did not even touch the touch the television, physically or remotely. I didn't even turn it on. When I tried to explain that this was not possible, the desk clerk, Giorgio said, "well I'm not going to go back and forth on the phone with you. It was broken when I was in there." I was shocked. If it was broken, it either had to be broken before me, as I said, I wouldn't know I didn't even touch it, or the only person in the room after me, Giorgio must have damaged it. I had nothing to do with it. To me, this sounds like an employee trying to cover their mistake. However, my side was not heard as the hotel, "was not going to go back and forth on the phone." In summary, this place is a scam. Do not stay.

We reserve a jacuzzi room whenever we visit Manitou Springs.Rooms are old and a bit dingy, carpet is gross, but the hot tub is clean, the towels and sheets are clean, the AC works, and the bed is comfortable.Our reservation (plus fees) was over $200 for one night. We basically just come here for the hot tub and dump half a bottle of bubble baff innit. It's awesome.Desk staff are very nice and no-one has ever bothered us here. I recommend this dingy run down hotel with 4 well earned stars.

Booked this room online booking.com. The pictures and reviews looked pretty good. Arrived and the pool was closed construction everywhere. The place seemed very tired and worn down. The room was somewhat clean, the bed was fairly comfortable, the pillows were terrible. The room was small for the price. Continental breakfast was okay, not great. Quite the walkng distance to downtown Manitou Springs. Will not be back to this place.
