Sign Of The Rose

I ordered a bouquet online for delivery the night before my friend's birthday with Sign of the Rose Florist. I live in Minnesota and she lives in Colorado Springs. I liked that this was a local shop and that there were lots of options for pricing on products. I ordered the Rustic Wildflower Florist Original Bouquet. I requested they send a photo of the bouquet so I could see it since the arrangement I ordered depended on their daily stock, and they sent me a photo before it was delivered! The flowers are beautiful and my friend was surprised and delighted by the fresh, beautiful flowers. I'll be coming back to order more deliveries for any further floral arrangements I need in this area!!

I came in to get flowers for our daughter's nurse, who has been with our family for four years and we will dearly miss. They were so helpful and wonderful and helped me get the perfect arrangement for someone who means so much to us. I will be using them again for sure!

I have used Sign of the Rose a few times for sending flowers to family and friends. So when it was time for me to send a housewarming arrangement to a friend who moved into a new residence, it was natural for me to contact them again. Looking online, I got some ideas of what I wanted. Years ago when I was in college, I worked part time in florist shop to help out friends. I learned that all those arrangements you ask for from FTD aren't challenging the creativity for the floral designers. The best thing to do is to give a dollar amount you're willing to pay for the arrangement and ask for the designer to make an arrangement. So I called Sign of the Rose Florist and did just that. They are always friendly and willing to help. When I was asked about when I wanted it delivered, I made a comment that they probably couldn't deliver it the Saturday before New Year's Eve (December 30th), they said it was no problem! Wow!Not only was I happy about the customer service, my friend was so impressed with the arrangement. Without knowing it, the floral designer had used one of my favorite flowers: Stargazer lilies. Happiness was had by all! Buying flowers is always difficult. Most people think they should get more flowers for their dollar. But if you want quality flowers and a beautiful arrangement, you get your money's worth, don't waste your time looking around or going to a grocery store to buy flowers. Go to Sign of the Rose. You won't be disappointed.

Honestly super disappointed... I would definitely go somewhere else to Oder flowers next time. The lady that was there have no clue if she's the owner or not.. but she was super rude I paid 80$ for a vast full of green... yes I understand it was Friday she did have much fresh flowers but to charge me 80$..... just straight up taking advantage of people.

It's almost impossible to find a florist that doesn't seem to over inflate their prices. Ordering online only makes things worse--photos never match what ends up with the recipient. I skipped ordering online (where all the added costs often result in a puny bunch of flowers) and called this florist directly, hoping to bypass disappointment of past flower delivery orders.She asked a few questions about what types of flowers and what overall look I was going for. I was nervous but the recipient (mom) send a photo of the flowers when she got them, and they were bright and happy, just like I asked for. They looked expensive, which I also asked for. The requests I made were super vague and indecisive but I feel this shop delivered, and on time, too. The one thing that would have pushed this bouquet over the top would have been some ribbon or a bow. It wasn't offered to me and I didn't think to ask. I guess I figured they would zhush up the plain clear case a bit. Ribbon doesn't cost much and would have been a nice touch. Still, I would use this florist again and next time I'll go armed a few more specifics.

Super nice flower shop with alot of cool gifts, the florist here was able meet my needs and made a beautiful bouquet out of the flowers I picked for my wife. I will be a returning customer and will recommend this place for anyone in need of flowers or gifts for their loved ones

What I ordered looks nothing like what I got. I realize that the Lillie's have not opened yet, but just take a look at how many roses are in the picture on their website as compared to what I got.

I wanted to commend Sign of the Rose florist on the way they handled my order to my daughter. They inadvertently delivered flowers a week early. Since my daughter and husband were leaving town the next day I called to ask for another delivery when they returned. They were happy to accommodate, but the second delivery was during a very hot day and no one was home, so they took them back to the shop to preserve them. The bouquet was delivered again and was happily accepted.

Super rude people. Do not waste your money here. Don't even waste your time.They're completely rude from the moment you walked in or even call them.
