Shin's Music Studio - Gleneagle

I'm truly grateful to have discovered a place worthy of recommending to the students of Mt. Zion Christian School. Your professionalism and the enthusiasm for music you instill in your students are deeply appreciated.

About two years ago we found Shin's Studio. We were doing business next door and walked in since my daughter was looking to take advanced piano lessons. Frank was so nice and knowledgeable! I brought my daughter in a few weeks later to let her check it out at which time she talked music with Frank. She had grown a little stale with her last instructor. Her first lesson with Ms. Shin and she was revitalized! She has grown tremendously in the last year and a half. Shin's studio was an answer to our prayers! They are honest, professional and my daughter loves to go!! She considers them family! Highly recommend!

Have been going to Shin's for our oldest son Gabe (10 yrs old) since December and he loves it. We have seen marked improvement in his clarinet playing with his work with Brandon. Our satisfaction with Gabe's progress has led us to start our middle son of five years old on the drums with Jasper and my wife will begin lessons on the piano this weekend. Overall, a great place and James has made scheduling easy and convenient!

Extremely disappointed at the disrespect my family and I experienced in regards to the demand (borderline harassment) for immediate payment in advance for lessons. We have paid on time for months and I just happen to get busy at work and failed to pay upon receipt of the invoice for upcoming lessons. Our daughter went to her weekly lesson only to be told they filled her spot and asked her for payment status. Very unprofessional! I called and spoke with Frank and he was beyond rude and interrupted me numerous times during a conversation about my frustrations. I would NOT recommend them EVER!

My 3 kids have taken piano lessons here for a few months and this place is the best! We were new to the area and looking for a place to continue lessons. Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. The teachers are professional and work great with each of my kids. I highly recommend Shin's Music Studio.
