The WORST service ever!!! Called on May 11th and got an appt for May 12th. We got so much rain here in the Springs, my sump pump failed and basement flooded. Company came out Friday morning and stayed only for approx 1 1/2 hrs and then left. Our basement still flooded with water and stayed they'd be back Monday to get the remaining water out. Meaning, for 3 days our basement carpet padding and all furniture to be in sitting water. So we did all the work ourselves over the weekend, Manager Jordan never contacted me or showed up. Were an hour showing up on Monday, May 15th and expected to mitigate the remaining water!!!!! After 3 days!!!! Told them I called Sunday and told them our basement needed to be aired, workers that showed up, never contacted me back nor the manager even called me. Finally, about 430pm, told them to pick up their stuff, NOT HAPPY at all with their service or the fact one of the employees doesn't even speak English!!!! Being Charged for equipment that barely works...and as of today, May 16th, waiting for them to show up and get there stuff!!! It has been reported to my insurance company, the poor service, lack of communication and failure to do what they stand behind.

DO NOT TRUST SERVPRO!! They have untrustworthy employees that steals from you! I know this because it's happened to me and now I may pursue and take legal action towards ServPro! It's the most devastating experience that I'm dealing with as of right now with them!! And I would like to pre warn you all before this happens to you as well. I trusted this company with my things that I've worked so hard for and now my most valuable, expensive, sentimental values are all gone!! And no body or no one seems to know what happened to them or where it could have gone! They told me that if they couldn't find my things that they would of course would write me a check or reimburse me. All I had to do was write a list of what it was and the cost. As I presented that list to them....they all of sudden their reply is that no one has been into to my home, had taken photos of everything which clearly they did not do so, and that no one removed my valuables from my closet when clearly someone did! Especially if that someone or two had to remove the flooring from my closet and noticed "purses" written on the boxes and a box that had jewelry boxes in another. And someone in that company knows!! There are sentimental values I can never replace because I trusted a reputable company that doesn't really care and not trying to fix or makes things right but turn their heads and it's WRONG!! So please be careful to those who read this! I will never trust SERVPRO AGAIN!!

Travis Cooper with ServPro was awesome to work with. My neighbor had an emergency with water leaking in his basement and call me for help. I put him in touch with Travis and my neighbor was well taken care of immediately. ServPro was out there the next morning putting everything back together for him. I would recommend ServPro to anyone.

Absolute best company to work with ever. Sean and his team were incredibly thorough and wonderful to work with. Can't say enough good things about this company.
