The coffee is amazing any which way you have it! The service is friendly and quick. There busy, it's well worth the wait.Their cinnamon rolls are the best! We often do drive thru but when we do go in a sit, it's cozy. It's a good place to sit and chat while you grab a bite or sip on your cappuccino.

$10 for 2 medium iced mochas?! Hell yes!! You can't get a small, half filled cup from Starbucks for that much, so come here!! They have a drive thru, plenty of seating inside and out and the coffee is delicious! #supportsmallbusinessBonus: pup cups!

I visited this coffee shop in Monument, CO (just off of I-25) today for the first time. The coffee shop was conveniently located off of Route 105 (across from Safeway), had plenty of parking, was tastefully decorated on the outside of the building, as well as the dining room, etc., was not greeted upon entering, the full beverage & food menu was clearly and prominently, one barista was friendly, one not so much, they had light-medium-dark roast coffee options available (my light/Guatemala was excellent), the prices were reasonable, the service was very good, the coffee cake was delish, the dining room was spacious, there was plenty of different kinds of seating (including comfy couches!), no music was playing, there was free WiFi (but was quite weak and kept cutting out, so I had to toggle off my iPhone to have a solid connection), and the men's restroom was quite dirty, looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a while and there were several gang tags written on the sides of the big trash can that were very visible (very unnerving to see in such a nice coffee shop in a nice, affluent community like Monument).

Met a realtor here. She didn't even know it was AWESOME! Had the smothered breakfast burrito with bacon. It was really good. Just spicy enough. Only way this experience could have been better is if they offered Kevin Bacon with the burrito, then he just came and hung out with me and my fam. Coffee was good. Service with a professional smile. Five stars for sure. Super busy, even on a Friday morning. Seems like a ton of drive thru traffic, but the true gem is inside! Wonderful space... Will be back, guarenteed!

Refused to grind beans for us which they had done previously. Coffee sometimes a little burnt.

Nice layout w a good mix of comfy chairs and standard chairs and tables. My only complaint was the very dry muffin I got that I wouldn't get again.

This is a favorite coffee shop hangout for me. I only wish it was closer to home. This place has a nice "home-style" feel to it. I love the abundance of places to sit while enjoying a cup of coffee when reading, working on your computer or chatting with a friend. There are plenty of windows to look out at. This building seems to be a former bank or other business. I love when a new business moves in and makes good use of the space. Kudos to Serranos Coffee for accomplishing this. I also love how their are private rooms to sit in with your friend or party. There is also a nice conference room that patrons may use. They ask for a $20 donation to use the room. I believe this is fair. Coffee is really good here. I was impressed to see Decaf freshly brewed and waiting rather than needing to order a decaf Americano like at so many coffee places. Creamers are behind the counter as well. The nice young lady staff member offered it to me when placing my order. I was here on a Saturday and it was nice that they were open until 6:00 pm. I will definitely return here again the next time I'm in Woodland Park. The nearby downtown area is really charming. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Make this is a nice afternoon visit on your agenda!Looking forward to my next visit!

I ordered a burrito bowl to go and received a cup filled with potatoes with some cheese and an extremely poor take on green chile. See picture for size. The cup is quite literally a cup, 8oz. Its contents were diced potatoes, maybe a tablespoon worth of egg, certainly less than one full egg worth of egg, some shredded cheese and someone's first attempt at green chile. The green chile tasted more like brown gravy with some spice. Swing and miss on that. When brought up the size of this cup none of the employees seemed surprised and only offered excuses. The on shift manager stated that it's pre-portioned. Well no where on the menu does it state it will only be 8oz. I have seen pictures of their burrito and it's quite large. If an 8oz cup is the best you can do then take the burrito bowl off the menu.
