Rudest people I've ever met. I have no idea how they stay in business. They took our order for our wedding bouquet weeks ahead of time and then a couple of days before we checked in and they had no idea what we were talking about and argued about the price. Then on the day of the wedding we showed up at the exact time they said and they go 'oh, can you come back in like an hour and a half?' Then the employee was completely out of line in the way she spoke to us. Never deal with these crooks. They're arrangement was complete garbage anyway.

This little florist shop did an incredible job fulfilling last minute orders for my mother's funeral. Not only were the prices incredibly fair, the service was phenomenal and the flowers were beautiful. I included pictures of 2 arrangements that we picked out and one that someone else ordered and was delivered for us well before our service started.The pictures of the wreaths online didn't do justice to how gorgeous these arrangements were. We got exactly what we wanted and what was pictured, only 10 times more pretty in person. I was very impressed and very grateful they made things so easy and effortless for us during such an emotionally stressful time. My mother would have loved the flowers and they filled our home with joy and happiness after the service was over for days.

Placed a custom order for flowers this morning, told them 3 types of flower that my wife likes and they made a beautiful bouquet! It was also delivered by 2pm! The driver even called because the weather was bad and she didnt want to leave the flowers outside. Amazing, thank you guys so much!!

In the florist's defence .....I stopped into thier store last minute and unannounced so being a small buisness I understand that they probably didn't have a large amount or quality of flowers on hand. yet still given this fact I was very disappointed with my experience there. I had come to the shop last minute to grab some flowers for a music teacher I chose the shop because I wanted to support a small business in my community but in hindsight I truly wish I would have just gone elsewhere.When I arrived the florist was nice enough and I let her know that I only had a small amount of money still wanted to get some flowers for a teacher that was having a performance night. she said that she would set me up with something nice. I I had thought because it was going to befor a school that was in the area that the local business would take care of me well unfortunately that was not the case.As I was looking around everything was very dusty and the items that were supposed to be new and for sale did not look like something that was new. I went into the back area looking around at the silk arrangements and other things and I saw multiple places where the dog had to use the restroom 1 & 2 in the store. I was very grossed out and also very uncomfortable so I did not say anything to the store owner I wasn't sure what to say...... how do you tell a store owner that in their place of business there is dog meses all around. the smell wasn't overly bad but once you hit the back room the smell hit too.When I received the arrangement it was only one of a very cheap flower and some dried out baby's breath. I should have said something about my disappointment but at that point I was already running late and had no more money to go somewhere else. I would not have called but after speaking to someone else about my experience they said that I should call and give a heads up about the dog mess because the owners probably were not aware. When I called to speak to the owner it was a few weeks later; they were incredibly rude and condescending. She made it out to be that it was my fault that I did not tell the person that I was unhappy with the flowers when I was there her tone and demeanor was incredibly harsh considering the circumstances. Her excuse for the dogs mess was that the dog was sick that day and they had since taken care of the problem but from what I had seen it didn't appear to be just a one day issue because there were multiple messes in different places. I was trying to be helpful about an uncomfortable situation and the person on the phone was very rude aggressive and defensive.I personally will never ever shop there again and although I usually do not write reviews signed up to write this review to hopefully spare someone else from this type of experience!

I don't understand the negative reviews. I called to order flowers for my granddaughter and Carol could not have been more friendly and helpful. I asked if it was possible to have the flowers delivered the same day and it was not a problem. I gave her a price range including delivery and tip and my granddaughter received a fabulous arrangement within hours. I live out-of-town and have used Security Florist before and will continue to use them for my floral needs.

Although ordered early, poorly assembled bouquets were supplied, NOT on time, for the wedding, NOT as ordered. Family had to buy more flowers and rearrange them, even wrapping the stems with ribbon. They looked lovely after the remodel, no thanks to Security Florist. Bride received rude service as well, I'm told.

This florist was contacted to provide flowers for a funeral service on a Sunday and since this florist is not open on Sundays and the funeral home is not open on the weekends (except for this service taking place on Sunday) they refused to deliver on Sunday as promised to the person who made the order but instead Myra insisted on bringing the flowers on the Friday before the Sunday service knowing that the funeral home does not have a place to refrigerate them and so they will possibly wilt in the 48 hours to wait. This florist should not have accepted the order (and money) if they could not deliver on the date that they promised to the person who ordered the flowers. More consideration for FUNERAL SERVICES would be nice!
