A real focus on flexibility and customer care. Catherine was very accommodating and kind in allowing me to reschedule my class twice after having issues with my availability. I will not be taking my business anywhere else but here based on her attentiveness and understanding alone.Nelson was my instructor and he is simply fantastic. The class flew by for me and it was insanely easy to understand and retain all the information given. I can't wait to come back!

Great class! Catherine is very knowledgeable, summarizes pertinent information well, and answers all questions thoroughly without being repetitive. Customer service is awesome and she is a very personable individual. Supplementary materials are very useful and I will continue to reference them in the future. Location is convenient to get to with adequate parking, restrooms next door, and many lunch options.Highly recommend. Would recert here :)
