Update: Thanks for replying. I must suggest you work on her customer service skills. She could have also informed me that updates are provided at the end of the day. Considering she is one of the owners id expect her to know that information. Instead she raise her voice at me. Also, if you are the only person who had any information she could have taken my number and have you call me when possible. These are all basic customerService skills. As a customer I shouldn't be directed to make other calls to get basic info. She could have handle the call with kindness. My call was simple, but your wife elevated to a different level and from reading other reviews this is something she already struggles with. Again, thanks for replying. The flowers were beautiful. Review:If I could I would give this place a zero star review based on their customer service. I placed an order yesterday and I called today to check on the status. A woman with a heavy accent answered the phone, she let me know it had already been delivered. I then asked her what time and if it was handed over or left at the door. She said "I don't know, he didn't say, I don't know, if you want to know you need to call him". Meanwhile I'm thinking "who is he?" I then asked her if she didn't have any information on my delivery. She began to yell am me saying "I don't know, okay, I don't know, I give you his number you can call and ask him". I'm confused because I still have no idea who "he" is. At this point I'm also irritated by her rudeness so I let her know she's coming across very disrespectful and I want to speak with the owner. She said "I'm the owner and he is too" ( I still don't know who this "he" person is). Again I told her how rude she was and I was not happy with her attitude. She hanged up on me ! I've tried calling back several times and now no one answers. I have made a purchase and yet I can't get an update from them. I will never order from this place again. While you want to rely on businesses like this one to give someone something to cheer them up, this place just made my whole experience very unpleasant.

Today was my grand-daughters wedding day in Colorado Springs, CO - I am in Casa Grande, AZ. I called Sandy's Flowers And Gifts to have flowers sent to my grand-daughter and my new grand-son-in-law. They did an excellent job of delivering the flowers in a timely manner and at a fair price. The grand-kids were delighted and so was I! I also received a text message from Sandy's when the flowers were delivered. Great service.

I ordered online for a floral arrangement for my daughter-in-law. The flowers were delivered in an extremely timely manner. In addition, I got a telephone call to let me know that my daughter-in-law was very surprised and thrilled with her flowers. I have ordered many items as gifts that were delivered and this is the first time I got a telephone call. Bravo Sandy 's!

I called to order some flowers for some family because my grandpa is about to pass and I am out of state. When I called the man on the phone was very short with me and not very kind. When I told him where the location was he told me they don't deliver there and hung up on me immediately after.

My mother made an error when processing the payment for funeral flowers. She was notified via email that her payment had not cleared, however didn't see the email until late the evening before the funeral. She called at store opening on the day of the funeral to make arrangements for a home delivery instead of at the funeral home once payment had been made. She was pleasantly surprised to discover the flowers were delivered to the funeral home BEFORE her payment could be processed. They were beautiful. I recommend this floral shop for its heart! I am doing this review for my friend Linda W. She ordered a sympathy arrangement with 3 crystal crosses to be placed within it. She spoke with Charles and he said they would put in a basket and get it out for her today. His wife did the arrangement and she did an outstanding job. They had it delivered by 9:15 am this morning. Linda would highly recommend them. Linda is a Professional Floral Designer in California.

Order flowers through an online service to surprise my grandma. What I didn't expect was for them to argue with me when asked to redeliver at my billing address a couple box away. The delivery was rude and really not worth the 80+ dollars I paid for them. Wish I could say I would try them again but these flowers were meant to brighten her day... Not make mine worse. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the roses that were delivered to me (my earlier review), the company quickly reached out to my husband, apologized and refunded his money. So I would say excellent customer service. Thank you!
