Salad or Bust

Located in the repurposed IvyWild elementary school, Salad or Bust offers a variety of salads. The salads are pricier than expected and with protein amount to over $20 per salad. The ingredients were not particularly fresh, but the chicken was very tender and tasty. Unfortunately, the service was not particularly kind, which did not contribute to the meal.

The Mediterranean was delicious and full of flavor. I enjoyed the dressing and how light it was. The veggies were paired really great.

If you are looking for casual, fun, varied and relaxing dining, try Ivywild school. I came for the Happy Hour at the Principal's Office and decided to eat and early dinner. Take a stroll at the many restaurant walk up counters and you will be impressed with the variety. I ordered a Mediterranean salad which was colorful, flavorful and such a large portion, I split it with my husband! The ingredients were fresh and tasty. The server was friendly and helpful. I will return.

Excellent salad options and options to build your own salad. This includes house pickled veggies and a roasted corn and bean mix that makes me salivate thinking about it. Highly recommend

I'm not from around here so I found this place to be hard to find. Go INSIDE the school and ask around.On the plus side, there are a number of eating venues in this building so if you want a salad and your bud wants a burger, you can both be happy.Salad or Bust specializes in it's namesake. There are eight or 10 options. Plus they have chili and a soup of the day. The hubs and I both had the Mediterranean, which was special because of the little dolmadakia on top and the tasty olives. Plenty of dressing for all those greens, too. The hubs liked his side of chili (which, like the salad, had a bit of satiating quinoa).I appreciated they had Perrier (instead of only boring flat water), and we enjoyed our meal on the sunny patio.I appreciated the quality, fresh ingredients and I was fine to pay a premium price for them but I didn't tip, even though Square gave me the opportunity, thank you very much, BEFORE I even tasted my salad. I placed my order at the counter, had to pick it up when it was ready and I bused my own table. If anyone earned a tip, it was me. Sorry, not sorry.

I was really excited to have a decent salad place by me, and I was really excited for a tasty salad. I ordered the Mediterranean with chicken and was surprised when it rang up for $21, but then I thought that it might be a big serving and was totally wrong. The to-go bowl was probably the same size as one of Chick-fil-A's but twice the price. On top of that, the ingredients were not fresh. The three tomatoes I was given had that old cheap tomatoey taste, the dressing had almost no flavor so I had to find more at my friend's house to put on it, and the rest of the toppings were just bleh...the person that served me was really nice though!

AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE!! The monthly finners are my favorite, but the brunch is also phenomenal!! The Buddha bowls are delicious and the soups are delightful!

We stopped here while on vacation, the food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Mediterranean salad and my husband had the salmon salad.

This business was clutch for me. Had a business meeting that I flew in for. Last minute had to make arrangements for lunch for 5 people. They came through and were very accommodating. Created a 5 person catering type salad lunch and 2 appetizers for us. Food was great thank you S&B!

Food quantity. The açaí bowl was very tasty but skimped on portions. There was maybe one whole strawberry cut up, 5 blueberries, a spoonful of granola, and the PB was nearly non-existent. For $10+ I expected more.
