After some volleyball we came here to warm ourselves up. We had 10 people and they were able to accommodate us on a Tuesday night. They sat us very quickly and with lots of water.I ordered the beef Pho and was not disappointed! It was a big bowl and gave me all the mix-ins I wanted. The taste was amazing, I ate all the beef and noodles. The broth was delicious and a perfect temperature, not too hot. Because of our group size it did take awhile for us to get our food but it was well worth the wait. And when we were checking out they let us pay separately. We loved the food and the service was great! We will definitely we be back!

We used to love this place but, haven't been back in a while. Always a nice atmosphere. We went for an early dinner about 5 p.m. We got a nice booth & the music playing was great jazz - Bill Evans, Miles Davis, etc. BUT, it was very loud. I just put cotton in my ears, but we should have said something as we had to almost shout at each other. The food has changed. I always ordered the noodle bowl w/shrimp & LOVED it. This time it was a HUGE portion with small shrimp, lots of carrots, cucumber, lettuce. Way too much food. H had chicken & veg curry. We both thought it tasted like something was missing in the curry flavoring. Again, it was a HUGE portion. I don't think we'll be going back.

Great place for dinner before the show. The decor is elegant but it's ok to dress in jeans. Easy to talk to table mates and the staff is friendly. When we walked in there was only one service person: seating and taking orders. Shortly afterward 2 others must have been called in to help. I ordered a rice bowl with fried tofu and spicy fish sauce. It was wonderful! Hot and spicy with crispy fried onion sprinklings. The garnish of lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers weren't necessary but a nice touch. There was enough for 2 light meals. My husband got a bahn mi. He said it was very good and the dipping sauce yummy. Kind of messy but he finished it up. Even though they weren't prepared for the amount of guests they had, they handled us very well. From being seated to paying our bill, we were out in about 40 minutes. We'll be back next show!

In search for Pho in Colorado. Everything is very light. Broth on the pho was weak, and the chicken vermicelli noodles were lacking flavor. Coming from NY, we excepted much more flavorful food. The pho was lacking flavor and very little meat. Fish sauce was only sweet. No fish sauce. For the food, it was expensive for what we got. I would give a pass.

Not sure why there are 2 different Yelp profiles for this restaurant lol, have the same address just 1 has worst ratings than this one here. Anyways.... The food here was very "meh" and just not anything amazing, especially for the prices. The portion of noodles you get in the pho bowl isn't even filling and yet they charge you $17 which lol is a few dollars more than the mass amount of noodles I get in a large pho bowl anywhere else. Also the flavoring for the pho wasn't there much and just wasn't impressed by the pho options here. We also got their tea options with boba and the boba is boring and doesn't taste good... very soggy so wasn't impressed and the tea flavor itself was not good either. We paid $50 for 2 bowls of pho and 2 Thai drinks w/boba that were gross and just not flavorful. Won't be coming back for these prices. No one greeted us for the first 5 minutes we arrived through the front doors. We had to walk to the bar looking area to get someone to notice us and even then they said "one minute" while running around. At least have someone staffing the front doors or notice us when we walk in so we aren't awkwardly walking around. Besides this though the restaurant was clean and the staff was nice, if I was rating this on food alone though it's easily 1/5 for me but the service (once we finally got seated) makes up an extra star for me.

Saigon Cafe has new owners, and it's very different. I got the combination noodle bowl, and even though there was a nice fresh taste to the veggies, the meat had little seasoning, and the fish sauce was almost flavorless. I've eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants in my life, and every single one has fish sauce with a beautiful strong flavor - fishy, vinegary, and spicy. The fish sauce here was clear and more like a broth with no seasoning that I could discern. The waitress took a very long time to bring us the check, and was not very engaged.

Yes, a resounding yes I would recommend Saigon Cafe. We came at the recommendation from the owner of Monses pupuseria. She told my husband she owns Saigon Cafe now, and if Monses was any indicator of what Saigon Cafe would be like now, well, sign me up. I had to try. My friend and decided to come tonight (4/15/24) and I couldn't be happier we did. The food was bright and flavorful. It was fresh and while I left full, I still left feeling light. I love how veggie forward Vietnamese food is, while managing to pack some serious flavor in. Oh! I ordered the chicken noodle bowl with fish sauce, my friend ordered the crispy tofu noodle bowl with spicy fish sauce. I'm already plotting how to get back here soon. The restaurant itself is really clean and the tables are spaced out well (not crazy close together to where you end up intimately knowing everyone's business). Oh, my friend ordered an iced coffee. She said it was delicious as well.

This place was a disappointment based on service and food.We ordered the pho and the grilled chicken vermicelli bowl. It took almost 30 minutes until the food arrived. We had to add more money to the meter and were afraid we would be late for our flights. The grilled chicken was salty with no seasonings. It tasted like it was marinated in fish sauce with salt sprinkled on top. My friend couldn't finish it. The pho was bland! The bowl wasn't worth $17.

This place is bad - eaten here twice - 50 mins to get food . Service sucks . Felt like I was in the matrix and was getting trolled . Soup was cold so the meat didn't cook . The waiter spoke no English . I'm going to go home now and burn $81 because it's would be better spent doing that than eating here.

Today I had a delicious meal and drinks at Saigon! Let me tell you what was an amazing surprise!!! Their new Lychee mojito OMG so good, I haven't tried the Piña colada because I wanted to stick to the same but for sure I will be back soon for round two! We got Crispy Ginger Chicken Bites (obsessed with them), Brisket Phi and a Bun Bowl with grilled Beef! All were so delicious!Customer service was so friendly and so helpful to guide me on my order.
