Great "little" neighborhood store that I frequent when I have to pick up a couple of items.

The pastry chef in their bakery is an artist and a master at creating works of art. Why go to Cheesecake Factory when you can go here for a fraction of the cos.

Most of the time they have what I need. If not, they are always great about giving me a raincheck. I went in on May 6 and checked out with Kerigan. She was very pleasant, and it was a pleasure checking out with her. She had a wonderful personality. I hope everyone who goes through her line appreciates her and all the others who have to put up with a lot of crap from people who are just plain rude.

Always treated like dirt at this location, almost died from deli chicken, the manager lady is the WORST. I live very close but would rather go ANYWHERE else.

I used the deli on every visit. After being yelled at for not ordering all items at once I avoid this store. The ladies were always courteous but one gentleman ruined my interest in shopping there.

I was going to complain about this Safeway after last night's experience but after seeing all these negative reviews I figured what's the use. I can plainly see it is a lost cause! I'll never shop here again.

Today's visit was a confirmation why we started doing most of our shopping at Kings Super even though this facility is much closer. Came in at 6:30a. Full cart of groceries and no full serve checkout lines open - just self serve. Attendant stood 3 feet away, never said a word, no offer of assistance. And I was the only customer at the checkout. Not a one off occurrence.

Terrible service from pickup. They didn't have my 6pm order ready until 7:45 pm and then the manager lied to me and said pickup closed at 7 pm, it closes at 8 pm. He then proceeded to cut me off multiple times and have a nasty ass attitude because he had to do his job. Do not go to pickup to this safeway go to the people on Nevada. These people are rude little bitchez for no reason other then having to do their job correctly for once.

I love this place, we live close by and shop here a lot for small things. Marcus always is friendly and says hello to us as well as yevette and Vonda I believe here name is they always say hello and make me and my fience feel welcomed. The parking spaces are a little close together and you have the every now and then bum but we work and live downtown and understand. I really wish people could understand customer service and specifically what customer service in this particular area is like because some of these reviews are just....... Anyways I'd like to see some of y'all be able to do customer service in this area without pulling your hair out being yelled at and being called dumb happens on a regular basis in this area, and maybe we should think what we are doing to cause someone to act this way. just saying.
