Safeway

Lovely TV store- the in- house roast beef and turkey sandwich was good. Selections, cleanliness, and convenience made this a superior stop to the 'flower' store down the road.

Try calling the Safeway in Cañon City...the pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. I have brought up this issue with management to no avail. You have to drive there in person to resolve any issue. They simply don't care.

I seriously think this is the best grocery store in Canon. It has wide aisles. It is well stocked. Their produce is outstanding. The workers are professional and friendly. I have slowly been going here more and more over the years because it is just the cleanest, most well stocked and centrally located shop to me. Highly recommend.

Not a good grocery store at all. They say you give what you get, but I don't see that around these parts. I see trash, generic service, high prices.

Nice response from Safeway that didn't take any responsibility for staff standing around doing nothing. It wasn't short staffed, it was no staff, no lines open, and 3 staff standing around watching. Seems like the issue is the management, as it usually is, but at least most managers usually take responsibility-sheesh!
