DO NOT USE THIS SCHOOL!!! THEAY ARE CROOKS!They closed their location, charged me twice, and reopened randomly. Now, after promising a refund to me, they are now saying I can drive all across Denver for my lessons, but will not provide the refund THEY OFFERED AND PROMISED. I will be reporating them to the BBB. STAY AWAY!!!!

SafeSplash does such a great job at hiring the most caring and passionate employees. My instructor, Taya, is so kind and has a great personality (even though everyone seems to be very friendly and helpful). She made my swim lessons so fun and enjoyable.Whether you are just learning how to swim as a kid or an adult or simply want to improve your skills, this is a great place. The space is very spacious and clean!A very convenient location with plenty of parking.

Honestly, very disappointed in their service. Have had with them multiple inconveniences and my child got out of their course with out learning anything. My son is athletic, healthy and competitive. He plays soccer, good at school, and has a purple belt in Taekwondo, yet somehow it is difficult for him to learn how to swim.$280 dollars for 4 classes, 30min for each session. Expensive, but I thought it is worth it, if my son would learn how to swim. So I paid! One month later and my son doesn't know anything not even the basics of swimming. So, I was like some kids are different from the others, some take longer to learn and need more teaching. So, I extended it with 2 more sessions, $60 each so an extra $120 but guess what? No progress. So I went and extended the course with 4 extra classes, so another $280. Two classes in and their pool went under maintenance. So his learning course got interrupted, instead of 4 consecutive classes so the skills can stick with my son! He sat home for 3 weeks doing nothing and forgetting what he "supposedly had learned." They said "your child will get the remaining two lessons don't worry" he will be compensated they said. I don't know how is this a compensation, I mean I paid for the classes upfront and your pool broke so those classes are our right to get, but whatever, anyway.I take my son to get his remaining two classes after a long break from taking swimming classes, and they tell me your child is not registered. You need to reserve a session!?I mean... hello, is this my fault that your pool needed maintenance and you pushed our meeting times way back. You should plan your scheduling and keep your customers updated on when, where, why and how to take their courses, especially when the problem reside on your end!!. Beyond frustrated. Guys my family wasted 280+60+280 = $620 on useless swimming lessons!

My children have been going for some time now (2+ years). We have only had a couple of issues fortunately but for the cost of the lessons I don't think that the billing experience here is top notch. The billing situation needs some SERIOUS improvement. Refunds must be approved by the management - even with legit reasons. They double charge you? Too bad. Hope you don't need that money for at least 3 weeks because you won't be seeing it back anytime soon. You have to sign up for reoccurring lessons - you can't just do 1 whenever you feel like it. You have a get special approval to be out for medical conditions such as casts. Even though we really had good experiences with our instructors I would not recommend this school or any of the other locations under this name simply because of the way that it is run as a business. It is waaaay overpriced (I wish I could get paid $25+ for less than 30 min of work) and you can talk to 3 people who confirm you cancelled your lessons and then still get charged despite disenrollment.Very frustrating company to work with. They need to get their act together. And the facilities maybe somewhat appealing but there is definitely room for improvement in this regard as well. They just leave a lot to be desired...

I'd like to give 3 and a 1/2 stars to this place. While the instructors are good, I see a lot of repetition in teaching methodology. My son has been going here for a year and a half, but I haven't seen a remarkable progress in his skills. Also one of my pet peeves is - the session is only 30 minutes long - the instructors always take 3-5 minutes to start but end either dot on time or a minute or two before every single time. That cuts down the session to just 20-22 minutes. With 4 kids in a batch, it just means a learning time of 5 minutes for your kid. This is disappointing. On the plus side, the overall atmosphere here is good.I hope the management takes heed of this review and work toward betterment.

It was my sincere pleasure to work at SafeSplash. I cannot emphasize how amazing the management and staff were. Everybody that works for SafeSplash has a genuine passion for the kids they teach. While working at SafeSplash I received adequate training, and was given a very flexible schedule. For anyone looking to work in a relaxed but passionate environment, or for anyone looking to enroll their kiddo in a swim school that actually cares, I cannot recommend SafeSplash in Lone Tree with a higher recommendation!

This place left my wife in tears (in the best way possible). We've been going here for two and a half years now with our oldest child and it's usually me that takes the girls there. We started both girls in the parents / kid class when they were 2 1/2. The oldest is doing wonderfully and its great for her confidence. She has loved most of her teachers (as she has gone up levels or our schedule changes dictate a change). It's just a good program and I would recommend it based on her experience alone. Fast forward the the youngest moving from the parent / kid class at three years old. I've been doing the swim classes but an HOA meeting meant my wife had to take them for the youngest's first solo class. Kid #2 is much more reticent to try new things and struggles to get past the initial fear more than her sister. Kid #2 decides today is NOT the day she will swim by herself. Complete and total screaming in the pool area. Throws a fit and breaks down like there is no tomorrow. Now, we're OK with our girl having to work through the fear and emotion herself (it breaks our little hearts but it's part of her learning) but felt terrible for the other students / teachers / parents. The staff was SOOOO helpful and understanding, my wife literally cried the rest of the night. They came and told her they have it under control. Now, this wasn't a cookie cutter solution they use every time. They brought over her older sister (which helped a lot), a staff member skipped her break to hold her hand and walk her around the pool, another teacher took her in the pool independently and got her comfortable, they found a Dory toy to help calm her - basically went wholly out of their way for 20 minutes of the lesson! She ended the lesson with huge jumps into the pool (remember, we've done the pool thing before, just with Dad) and when I saw her that night, I saw a level of pride in herself I have never seen before. We challenge her a lot and push her to be brave but the way she glowed, and talked, and smiled, was an order of magnitude beyond anything I've seen before. Going the next time was much better but she still needed some attention, which they absolutely provided. Kyana (the deck supervisor) and her teacher Katie were amazing. I wasn't there so I missed the teacher's name that skipped her break but the team is amazing. Thank you so much!!*Edit: Also, their one previous negative had been changed. They now offer make-up classes, which I know was the chief complaint when I was checking out Yelp reviews before initially signing up
