Sabrina's Soul Food Kitchen

I'm from Texas and this food was good. I got the oxtails with cabbage and rice and gravy. I also got the cat fish! (Not swai y'all!) Mac and Cheese and green beans. Everything was hot!!! And seasoned and not salty. The only complaint is the amount of rice was not adequate in my big back opinion. I am from Texas and that's automatic with gravy plates and not considered a side. I would definitely come back but would pay extra to get extra rice!

Yes ma'am! Just stop and eat. I was worried because I went in 20 minutes before close (don't do that) trying to grab something last minute and I don't regret it at all. Service was great (cash or cashapp only), the atmosphere is homey, and lawd the fish was perfect. The cheese pull on the Mac n cheese! Huge pieces of bacon in the green beans. I'm going back tomorrow or Saturday for gumbo... Go to Sabrina's. Just go

Amazing fried chicken!! The greens are to die for. The service is always fast and friendly. Family owned and operated so the ambiance takes me back to the south! Top tier a10/10 will be back and bringing friends!!

My mom would always prepare chitterlings every holiday, when I visit. I am not thrilled about preparing them at my home, but Sabrina's Soul Food Kitchen came through. I am excited to try more menu items.

Okay. First off...... Jesus has resurrected from the cave of glory and placed his hand upon Sabrina's Soul. Ribs right off the rack, corn and flour to the perfect square of melting buttery cornbread, rice and gravy to the point of falling into a cloud of taste buds and the perfectly delicate delightful dream of the Mac n Cheese. God has spoken and may he take me to hell for paradise

I struggled leaving this review because I was trying my hardest not to review this spot solely on service. I'm gonna do my best to give an honest fair review. The service was just rude and nonchalant... as if they didn't care about customers CHOOSING to eat at their establishment. There's a cultural euphemism in black culture that certain spots have rude servers but the food is always hittin, the servers don't care about good service because they know their food is good. That's about 25% true in this case. I think part of the reason is because there aren't a lot of soul food spots in the springs... truth is the food wasn't bad, but I can cook this establishment under the table... it was the rudeness followed up by the "just ok" food that gives Sabrina's Soul Food 2 stars... now, the food: Everything was seasoned pretty well for the most part, catfish was a highlight. Mac and cheese was ok, it's hard to perfect soul food Mac and cheese at this level. Red beans and rice were seasoned well but had very little rice. They also served the red beans in aluminum foil which I didn't understand. Cornbread wasn't moist and wasn't sweet. I prefer cornbread like cake. Buttery and kinda sweet. Collards were straight, toss up. I wonder if they see these reviews or even care about how their business is being represented.

Fantastic food, wonderful service. I had the catfish and fried okra, kids had chili and barbecue chicken, mac and cheese. Banana pudding, lemon cake and strawberry cake for dessert. We cleaned our plates. Joseph went out of his way to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

It's to many white folks going to this restaurant, not enough blacks so I'm going to pass on the food actually being soil food.

The food here is like no other in Colorado Springs. I promise if you want southern cooking this is where you want to be.
